In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Unser Hof liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Wir betreiben eine Bio Landwirtschaft mit Kühen, Hühner, Pferde und Katzen. Unser Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und bei Regen gibt es eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit. Für ein Kind ist ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, auch ein Reisebett kann untergebracht werden. Herzlich Willkommen in der Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Unsere kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage. Von der kleinen Terrasse aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf unsere Hausberge „Pfänder“, „Hoher Freschen“ und „Hohe Kugel“. Der Bodensee und die Inselstadt Lindau liegen ca. 6 km entfernt und sind schnell mit dem Auto oder auf ruhigen Fahrradwegen zu erreichen. Interessante Biker-, Fahrrad- und Wandertouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.

Die Gästewohnung mit Blick auf das angrenzende FFH-Gebiet befindet sich in unserem Haus in einem abgetrennten Bereich (Schallschutztür) mit separatem Eingang. Ihr kommt per Code jederzeit in die Wohnung und schließt sie mit dem Code ab. Das Zimmer und Bad haben Fußbodenheizung bzw. Kühlung im Sommer. Ein Babybett (120x60 cm) sowie ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage vorhanden. Die Sauna kann dazu gebucht werden (25€ für einen Slot, ca. 3-4 Stunden inkl. Saunatüchern).
