This a small but lovely stone beach house. There is a large patio outside the door, which opens out onto the amazing view beyond the patio. There is a beautiful little pool just off the patio. But for us, the highlight was the beach. Just below the wall of the patio, literally steps away, is a lovely, quiet stretch of pebbled beach. We swam as the sun came up. It was beautiful. The house is on the property with another house, but, although friendly and helpful, the owners did not intrude or bother us in any way. We really enjoyed our time here. We hope we can come back again one day!

Huis is prachtig, absoluut niets op aan te merken. Vooral het contact was erg prettig. George hielp ons met alles, gaf ons aanbevelingen voor verschillende dingen en was ten alle tijde bereikbaar.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! An absolutely amazing and clean pool that we had for ourselves! Super nice and lovely hosts that even gave us some wine and fruits from their very own garden. We would recommend anyone that is thinking about going to Patras to book this wonderful airBnB.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ όμορφη,μέσα στην φύση. Όταν φτάσαμε μαγευτηκαμε από το σπίτι και την πισίνα όπως και απο την υποδοχή της Αναστασίας η οποία για ότι χρειαστήκαμε ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμη. Ήταν πολύ φιλική και διακριτική. Τσέκαρε κάθε ημερα την πισίνα και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας,το οποίο,από μόνο του, λόγω της διάταξης και της διακόσμησης σου δίνει την αίσθηση ότι είναι δικός σου χώρος κ όχι οτι μένεις στο σπίτι κάποιου,αυτό το ξεχωρίζει πραγματικά. Το χωριό έχει mini market,φαρμακείο καφετέρια,σουβλατζίδικο είναι 2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο,από παραλίες διαλέξαμε την "Μαύρη μύτη" η οποία είναι λίγο πιο μακρυά 30 με 35 λεπτά περίπου αλλά έχει καντίνα με τραπεζάκια,όλα πολύ οικονομικα. Ξεκουραστηκαμε,κάναμε αμέτρητες βουτιές το βράδυ ποτάκια δίπλα από την πισίνα μας,βλέπαμε πολύ καθαρά τα αστέρια,ειμασταν τυχεροί γιατί πετύχαμε και τις Περσείδες(βροχή μετεωριτών) κ ήταν φοβερά. Εξαιρετική επιλογή διακοπών, θα το επισκεφτούμε και άλλες φορές. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα Αναστασία!

Ich war schon in fast 40 Ländern, aber das war mir Sicherheit eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die ich je hatte. Die perfekte Mischung aus privat/ruhig und eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin war super nett und zuvorkommend, hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns sogar noch Dinge vorbeigebracht, wenn wir gefragt haben. Ich kann es nur voll und ganz empfehlen :)

Very comfortable, gorgeous apartment near the centre of a gloriously beautiful town. We were really able to relax in this village before the end of our month in Greece. Highlight was the monastery of St John the Baptist, a truely, (and slightly unexpected for me, ) spiritual experience! Afterwards we swam in the cold, utterly clear waters of the nearby river. Highly recommend Theta and Stemnitsa .

Όλα ήταν όπως στην περιγραφή. Μας ικανοποίησε για τον λογο που το θελαμε. Το aircondition ηταν σε πολύ καλο σημείο σε σχέση με το κρεββάτι και δεν σε παγωνε. Ο Άκης απαντούσε γρήγορα και ευγενικά.

Ενα εξαιρετικά προσεγμένο διαμέρισμα στη καρδιά της Πάτρας! Η κυρία Ιουλία ήταν επικοινωνιακή και πολύ βοηθητική και εξυπηρετική! Ο χώρος είναι υπέροχος και καθαρότατος, με όλες τις ανέσεις! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Un super séjour à Nafpaktos dans un logement parfait ! Le logement était très propre, propose tous les équipements nécessaires (linge de lit, serviettes de bain, sèche cheveux, papier toilette, machine à café, thé, lave vaisselle, petite salle de bain individuelle dans chaque chambre…) et est idéalement situé à 3 min à pieds de la plage. Un vrai plus pour le jacuzzi et la terrasse, qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Merci encore à Dimitrios et Olga pour leur gentillesse, et pour nous avoir recommandé quelques adresses de restaurants où l’on s’est régalé ! Je recommande sans hésitation, et espère revenir l’année prochaine :)

Chrysa and her mother were very attentive whenever we needed anything (arranging a taxi, extra toiletries, etc). The accommodation was modern and very clean with excellent proximity to the beach, as well as cafes/restaurants/grocery stores. Chrysa provided a couple of water bottles upon our arrival which was appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitively stay with Chrysa again.

Ce logement était ABSOLUMENT parfait. Nous étions une famille de 5. Bien situé en plein cœur de Nafpaktos, sur le bord de l’eau. Vue incroyable. Juste à descendre et tous les restaurants et bars sont à la porte. Nous y étions un vendredi et tout est devenu calme et tranquille après minuit. Toutes les commodités du logement étaient impeccables et rien ne manquait. L’entrée se fait de façon autonome et les communications avec l’hôte sont faciles et rapides. Merci de cet accueil.

This place is a little jewel. The view literally took our breath away. Yannis and his father Spiros are such lovely people. They are warm, welcoming, practical and super-responsive. The beds were really comfortable, the linen crispy clean. The towels dazzling white. The beach..... 2 meters from the bottom of the garden. Literally heaven on earth. The wifi, air-conditioning, stove, all the amenities are in perfect working order. Thank you Yannis and Spiros!!!

Πολυ ομορφος και καθαρος χωρος. Ανετο σπιτι και κουζινα πληρως λειτουργικη. Θα ξαναπηγαινα σιγουρα.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ηταν υπεροχη. Ο κύριος Μιχάλης πολύ ευγενικός φτασαμε νωριτερα απο την προβλεπόμενη ώρα του chek in αμέσως ηρθε να μας εξυπηρετησει. Εύκολα προσβάσιμη στο κεντρο της πόλης. Σιγουρα θα μεινουμε πάλι στον κ. Μιχάλη. !

Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Στα θετικά: 1. Το φόρτωμα/ξεφόρτωμα αποσκευών είναι πολύ εύκολο 2. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο και λειτουργικό 3. Έχει έναν υπέροχο κήπο καταπράσινο και μεγάλο. Τα παιδιά έπαιζαν συνέχεια και η γαλήνη του να κάθεσαι και να ακούς μόνο τα πουλάκια είναι μεγάλη. 4. Το ίδιο το χωριό μου φάνηκε πάρα πολύ ωραίο. Είναι πολύ πλούσιο σε βλάστηση , βουλιάζει κάτω από πορτοκαλιές και λεμονιές, έχει μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ, ωραία καφέ και τον Οδοντωτό. Είναι πολύ κοντά σε πολύ ωραία σημεία 5. Ο διαχειριστής είναι πολύ επικοινωνιακός και φιλικός. 6. Δύο σημεία θα πρότεινα για βελτίωση: να προστεθεί καναπές στο καθιστικό, είναι πιο ξεκούραστο για πιο μακροχρόνια διαμονή (εμείς μείναμε τρεις μέρες και οι πολυθρόνες ήταν οκ). Για μακροχρόνια διαμονή με παιδιά θα ήταν χρήσιμο να υπάρχει πλυντήριο. Είναι ένα σπίτι που συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα περάσετε πολύ όμορφες διακοπές. Εμείς θα το επισκεφθούμε σίγουρα εκ νέου

We felt welcome. A feeling of home and family. Deborah generously spoiled us with her delicious food. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. Sparkling clean, spacious, the finest linens, beautiful dishes, comfortable furniture. The house is equipped with everything you need. The yard is large, peaceful, enclosed and safe for children. There is grass and fruit trees in the yard. The surroundings are quiet, beautiful and calm. A wonderful base to rest and explore the surroundings. Beautiful trips to the beach, the nearby mountains, and also to more distant areas. We stayed there for 25 days and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrives we fell in live with this place, which was perfect for two of us for a week. The roads are steep and winding, but that adds to the sense of getting away. We walked the Menalon Trail, which starts in Stemnitsa, to Dimitsana, past monasteries and through the Lousios Gorge - stunning! Not for the unfit or faint-hearted - it's very steep and 12.5km (5 hours) to cover. We needed the cold drinks and mountain lunch when we arrived. The taxi back was entertaining, too - Nikos gave us lots of local information. We also managed day trips to Messene, Mystras, and Mycenae, all about 1.5 hours away by car, though not far as the crow flies. Cafe Gerousia in the town square is fab during the day, and the grills at the taverna are great. The tiny shop tucked in between Σιμο & Σιμο and the Ginger Squirrel has everything, but the proprietress speaks no English - cue lots of looking up Greek words, pointing and grammatical errors on my part.

Our stay was super peaceful. The place is beautiful and we appreciated the detailed touches. Close to a large supermarket and a short walk from the water, it's an ideal location for a restful getaway. Communication was excellent - thank you for everything!
