Nice appartmemt with everything you need during your stay. The backyard is perfect if you are on vacation with kids - like in our case - as they have some space to play around.

Me and my family had a really good time here. The room is new and clean. Well equipped with smart home. Convenient to park the car. And the luxury swimming pool impressed me a lot. Hope we could enjoy this house one more time in summer.

The property is located directly on the sea and we could watch the sea from bed. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful! My children and I were very satisfied and enjoyed every minute. On the terrace of the hotel you can enjoy the sunset with drinks or food and we always felt welcome. There are great restaurants, bakeries and patisseries in the area. We would love to come back one day.

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

We loved this Airbnb - from the couch looking out it was as if we were floating on the water! A bit out of city centre but that was really nice too. The waves lull you to sleep and it has everything you need to relax and enjoy Patras. We had only one issue and Nikolaos responded IMMEDIATELY. It was solved right away and our stay was even better! There was a VERY helpful guidebook left on the table - we really appreciated it and used it a few times.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

For our stay in Yannis' accommodation, words are superfluous. unforgettable hospitality ,incredible location, Yannis and Mr. Spyros are very hospitable people. we had a great time, we will definitely see you again!!!!!

We had a great time!The stay was great as Isabella was flawless professional at everything!The access to the beach is just opposite the house and there is a tavern right next door. At a distance of 1.5 km there is the city of Erateini where it has everything.

Christos was very responsive and accommodating for any issues we had and made our experience in Greece all the more worth it:)

The place is accurate, you get what you paid for but not much else. Parking is always hit and miss in Xylokastro and the place does not provide a dedicated spot meaning you will be on the hunt if you arrive late in the evening. The room is well laid out and clean but the bathroom feels old and could be cleaner. Communication with the owner is swift but felt forced. Overall a decent choice but nothing to write home about

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit with a huge balcony overlooking the water. It is very spacious and comfortable. It is about a 15-20 walk into the city centre of Patras. I highly recommend this unit for families. Lena was a fantastic host as well.

The place is great and Panayiotis provided everything you need! We didn't miss anything! The location is very good by the sea and on foot you can do as you want in a few minutes. Everything was flawless, I highly recommend it!

We spent several days in this very nice apartment, whose views are superb. Modern, nice, very well equipped, nothing was missing. In addition, it is very quiet, sun and sound of the waves, swimming on foot, it was really perfect! We left it with regret, and highly recommend it. We loved the place inside and out! It was so relaxing listening to the sound of the ocean waves, and chatting with the locals. It was easy to get around by car (no scary Greek roads). The Nikolaiika Beach a few minutes drive away is lovely, with beach umbrellas and loungers, tavernas w yummy food. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay, and would love to go back!
