H2 was fantastic; from pickup at the welcome center, to drop-off back at our bus, they accommodated our schedule change and were super helpful throughout our stay.

The room located at 3rd floor, no elevator. Have a car parking. The room match with the photo. Very clean and more space for us. Really love it and we’ll come back for sure :)

Great stay, close to the Main Street and some of the main bars and restaurants in Hirafu. The airbnb is a short walk to the char lift and the ski rental shops

Nestled within a scenic camping ground with a captivating view of Mt. Yotei, this location offers breathtaking vistas right from the carpark. The house itself is a shining example of modernity, featuring new and tasteful furniture, along with a warmly inviting interior. The only minor hiccup we encountered was the somewhat perplexing rubbish segregation process, which might pose a small challenge for international guests.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Elite Havens made our stay even better with the consistent responsiveness and preparing daily shuttles for us. It made not having a car super easy! The accommodations were also perfect for us. The space was so clean and very roomy. We utilized the large television quite a bit.

Awesome place and fun resort with a walkable neighborhood and all the necessary accommodations for snow sports art Niseko. H2 was super helpful with transport to our lodging and available within the hour to assist with our requests. I Will definitely consider them in future plans for winter getaways in Niseko

Andrew and his crew did a superb job at making us feel at home. We had a little bump with our car rental. Andrew picked us up at the train station, took us grocery shopping and helped us find a car. He helped us turn an uncomfortable situation into a magnificent vacation. He made magnificent recommendations. We visited some great onsens and had great skiing while at Niseko. We had a great dinner at Samoza. And also enjoyed some snacks and coffee at the clubhouse. Overall, an incredible host!

The host is responsive, and the place is neat and has a great location.

I’m have been an annual visitor to Niseko for the last 15 years, staying exclusively at Hirafu. This time I wanted to try to stay a little further away from the busy Hirafu area. And I love it. Villa Blue was ideal for me. I got the Niseko skiing, the quiet, shorter lift queues and yet when I wanted the usual Hirafu apreski it was but a short drive away. And to top it all, Villa Blue is a nice unpretentious house that one can just fall in love with. A caveat to those that want to stay in Villa Blue……you need a car. You need a car to go anywhere to eat. You can rely on taxis but during peak season it will be a challenge getting one on time. The place is also great if you are a competent skiier as you will not be limited to only the Annupuri area. You’ll be able to access the whole mountain. All in all, a great stay indeed.

Spacious, well equipped house in a quiet little neighbourhood less than 5 minutes from some of the greatest powder runs in the world. Everything is super accessible by car, but you’ll end up wanting to spend more time in the house - especially since it’s so hard to get restaurant bookings in Niseko. The kitchen is well equipped, a huge dining/living space, and the den is a great place to hang out, watch tv or play Xbox. The onsen in the house was so nice we ended up not going to the paid onsen just up the road. It’s amazing to wake up to the soft sound of snow falling off the roof. Super easy to get into the house - no need to wait for anybody, just get the code and you are good to go.

This is a great ski house if you are looking for an alternative to staying at Rusutsu Resort, the Westin or the Vale. You do have to walk a little bit, but it is quite manageable. We were offered a ride with our luggage to the resort, which was **extremely helpful**. I would highly recommend Leann's place as a base camp for skiing and riding at Rusutsu

Awesome little holiday in Niseko, caught some late season snow. The house was perfect, everything was well thought out and hassle-free.

It was the last accommodation during my 17-day trip to Hokkaido, but it was the best stay that everyone in the group was very satisfied with the well-manicured garden and parking space, the interior of the neatly organized accommodation, and the proactive and friendly attitude that he personally welcomed. In the interim, they contacted me to see if there were any inconveniences, if there was anything I needed help, and they responded without delay to every contact, so I was able to stay really comfortably like at home. Thank you!

Lovely stay at Fletcher & Yuko’s place. Yuko kindly met us at check in to show us around. Provided lots of recommendations for the area and was responsive with any questions we had. The house was very comfortable for the four of us - cozy couches which are rather hard to find in Japan! Easy to get to the slopes but definitely best to have a car to get around. Would love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this property for our first time in Niseko! The apartment looked just as beautiful as the photos with an awe-inspiring view of Mt. Yotei from the kitchen and living area. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable with heated towel rack, boot rack, and coat racks. It was very helpful to have access to the private shuttle service to get around town and to go to the ski resort. Service was wonderful and on one occasion our shuttle driver even took us to the police station when a member of our group lost his cellphone and needed to find it. There were also thoughtful touches such as plentiful coffee pods, a gifted sake, and a box of cookies that we enjoyed. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Grand Hirafu! The location is perfect—right in the middle of town with great restaurants just a short walk away. There’s also a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, making it super convenient. For skiing, the big ski lift is only about 10-15 minutes away, and there are plenty of ski rental shops nearby. The property also offers a shuttle bus service from the welcome center, which made getting there seamless. They even provide a ski rack, which is really useful for storing gear. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortably fits up to 6 people, making it a great choice for groups or families. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. A great bonus is that they provide free water, coffee, and tea at the reception area, which you can grab every day—a really nice touch! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Grand Hirafu 😊

Great place to stay with a perfect view of mount yotei

Really helpful people at the front desk. Apartment is near the big lifts and still had a free shuttle bus to get you there. They’ve got a ski storage with everything you need including a workbench. I would definitely come a again for a ski trip

This was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful 3 bed / 3 bath unit that perfectly matched the pictures from the listing. It snowed for the first few days of our stay (no complaints here as this was a ski trip), but on a clear day you are greeted with a beautiful view of Mt Yotei from the living room & back porch. We made great use of the kitchen making breakfast each morning before heading to the mountains, and then most nights we would walk to / around Hirafu village for great food, drinks, and entertainment. Highly recommend staying at Aspect, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for playing a major part in what was the best ski vacation of our lives.
