Consiglio il soggiorno da Federica ed Antonio. Casa pulita e corrispondente alle foto pubblicate. In pieno centro e facile da raggiungere anche a piedi dalla Stazione. Host gentilissimi, ci hanno anticipato il check in. Sono stati preziosi i loro consigli per trascorrere un piacevole weekend.

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Casa pulita, accogliente e confortevole. Gemma è una host magnifica, attenta e disponibile in tutto! Ormai tappa fissa per noi.. Consigliatissima!!!

Great location!!Easy check-in and pleasantly clean. The outside space is very nice but a bit dark inside (helps with keeping it cool though). Thank you for the stay!

Federico e la mamma sono molto gentili e disponibili . All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per la colazione. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, dispone di una cucina attrezzata. Disponibilità di parcheggio interno. Lo consiglio.

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

We had a short but wonderful stay at Diana’s. She was kind enough to host us on short notice and the place was perfect. Great location and everything we needed.

Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr netter Empfang, Betreuung während dem Aufenthalt und Verabschiedung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, grosszügige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das sehr nahe Meer. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt und vermissen es bereits am Morgen oder Nachmittag auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und das Meer rauschen zu hören.

alloggio pulito e ordinato.Molto gradevole come arredamento. posizione strategica per chi vuole uscire la sera e vicino al mare per chi ha dei bambini . valutazione 5 su 5,avrei dato la lode se ci fosse stato un piccolo kit di accoglienza per la colazione. Alfredo è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Provvisto di tutto, e a un passo da tutto. In appartamento non mancava nulla, anzi stupisce la quantità di comfort ben oltre quelli indispensabili a godersi il soggiorno (forniti con un'affabilità meritevole di lodi); oltre al fatto che quasi basta appena mettere il naso fuori dall'appartamento per ritrovarsi ovunque si voglia andare a Pescara: la posizione è veramente strategica... davvero venire qui significa avere il "mare a un passo, in centro a Pescara".

Monia war sehr nett, freundlich und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Zu Fuss ist alles gut erreichbar.

Siamo arrivati a Barrea nel pomeriggio e la signora Vilma ci ha subito accolto e mostrato l'appartamento che era pulitissimo, con lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, stoviglie in cucina e vari dépliant sul tavolo con istruzioni sulle varie attività offerte dal posto e dintorni! Al bagno è presente un asciugacapelli e saponette! La signora è veramente gentile e disponibile! Il parcheggio è a pochi metri e pur essendo un periodo movimentato abbiamo sempre trovato posto! Il centro storico si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti dove potete mangiare benissimo in piccoli ristoranti situati tra i vicoli di Barrea o fare l'aperitivo osservando il tramonto sul lago! spettacolare! Speriamo di tornare con tutto il cuore! Consigliatissimo!

This place is amazing - way above a typical 5 star spot. Location is great - on the main walking-only street, close to the Fontana Luminosa which is one of the main taxi stands, shops, food, and everything convenient. Apartment feels new and very well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend to others, just book early or you'll get scooped on this awesome apartment.

One of the best views of the sea we've ever had! This location was so beautiful and drinkong espresso on the terrace overlookong the ocean was absolutely wonderful. There are a ton of places to park and a ton of things in walking distance too. This is a very lovely place to stay!

Soggiorno molto breve però experiencia fantástica, casa molto bella e grande anche molto pulita , sicuramente ritornerò e consiglierò amici

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ragazzi più una bambina piccola la notte di capodanno, siamo stati da Dio. Il signor Martino che ci ha accolto e’ stato molto gentile, ci ha lasciato stare anche qualche ora in più essendo arrivati la sera tardi post lavoro… davvero carina la casa e con tutti i confort! ❤️ grazie davvero.

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!

I’d lived in Avezzano for a few years as a child. This place was 7 minutes from my childhood home! It was very conveniently located. We were able to walk to most places, and, were a short drive from all the rest… While much had changed since my childhood, staying in this apartment “felt” a bit like home!
