The location of the apartment in the residence is great and everything is perfectly maintained with a beautiful pool. In short, a great stay with the family.

Great apartment and pool, only 6 years old so all in great condition. Very quiet area, and pretty small but enough restaurant choice. Only a 15 minute drive to playa del Duque, a lovely sandy beach. There’s 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk with our favourite being in the shopping complex up the hill.

The place is just as described. Stunning views and very spacious balcony. The location is good as it is close to grocery store, but a bit walking up hill is required. Better to have a car for this place and it is not hard to find street parking.

Our family of 4 stayed here for one week over Easter and it was perfect. We met the owner’s mother at check-in, and she was lovely and so kind to us. Apartment is great for a family with easy access to the pool. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Serena's place is perfect, spacious and very bright (the window is beautiful). It's well-stocked, we didn't really miss anything. It's in a residence with a swimming pool, convenient parking and a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The terrace is a gem, there are two supermarkets within walking distance. It's about an 18-minute drive from the beaches of Las Americas and Los Cristianos, and an hour from Teide Park. Communication has always been very fast and clear, Giorgia welcomed us warmly and has always been available. We definitely recommend it.

Stayed two months at Anna- Maria's villa and had a great time. The villa is exactly as described in the listing- beautiful, peaceful and well located. Communication with the host was always very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay long-term at the villa again.

House in the center of Palm Mar, close to supermarket and restaurants, accurate house cleaning, two TVs, well stocked kitchen with everything you need, kind and helpful host, the garage with elevator a few steps from the parking lot is the added value for a perfect vacation.

Enjoyed my stay! The room matched the description and the location was perfect. A bit of a hike to get to the beach or anywhere because it’s higher up. Tommy was helpful with checking in as we arrived very late and flexible with check out as we left super early. The location felt safe at all times and there is a lot to explore in that area too. Definitely recommend!

Really beautiful, quiet area close to the sea. Super friendly hosts who always made an effort to make us feel comfortable and make sure we have everything we need. Easy parking right in front of the house. A small village with a nice little supermarket just a little walk away.

Very nice accommodation on the ground floor of a beautiful villa, with a pleasant terrace. Very clean, well-equipped kitchen. Very well located for traveling in the north of Tenerife, I highly recommend it.

Very happy with my choice to spend the past few weeks here. María is an amazing and responsive host and the room was quite comfortable. I was in a room on the front of the bldg so there was some street noise. It's a walking street so only the sounds of people talking and also eating at the restaurants outside. I have earplugs so it's not a big deal. Also great to meet some other travelers and digital nomads and to walk all through Santa Cruz. If you like to meet others and walk around the local area then highly recommended!

We had a lovely time in the idyllic cottage of Nica and Yazmina. Especially the garden was great. Our son of almost 2 had a good time and in addition to the baby cot and high chair there was also a bath, some children's crockery and toys. Yazmina was very easily accessible and the videos were very useful for the last part of the route and in terms of operation of one of the showers. If you are looking for a place to unwind in the middle of nature, you have come to the right place. We can highly recommend it

great apartment with pool and beach nearby, public transport right outside apartment to los christanons and all other destinations, supermarket right next door, only thing is hot water didn't stay hot for bath to run but in the heat it's not really a problem, overall great place definitely would return:)

Excellent location near beach and playgrounds. Place was very clean and outside area was v good. Kitchen very good, comfortable apartment. We had an unlucky one off issue with day time noise out of hosts control but he was very good in resolving the issue. Check in information could be provided clearer to reduce uncertainty at check in.

Daniel took great care of us upon arrival since we had a mishap with the terrace that he quickly fixed. It is very kind to arrive and have a bottle of cava, water, fruit, etc. I would say that the kitchen is very small and that it might be good to have a bayeta, there is a box. Beds are fine and have TVs every room. As a colofon, the terrace is a blast. Eye with parking, it is not easy at the door but 50 meters above there is a very comfortable ground parking where to park without problem.

We loved the place, the location of Palm-Mar was lovely, and overall we really enjoyed our stay! The pools were perfect and refreshing, and the convenient utility room was excellent. The terrace was great and was a much appreciated private space with a great view. The hosts, José and Carolina were great, and replied quickly to our messages. When we arrived, we were met by Ana, who was great at showing us around the apartment. She explained everything clearly and was really friendly! Our daughter stayed in the room upstairs, and she loved the room and said her bed was really comfortable. We also loved all the decoration and the furniture was great quality and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and filled with useful items, such as an oven, a dishwasher and a full size fridge-freezer, which was a great added touch. The whole place was spotless and clean, and it was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations so we would love to go again as it was such a great experience!
