This stay was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had a stay with our autistic son. So, contrary to other peoples complaints, thw lack of decorations and breakable items within the room was a huge benefit as less for us to worry about him breaking. The room was clean and exactly as in the pictures. The room was easy to access and in a good location near our family in dyce.

Though we only met Stephen, we were welcomed with warmth & grace. The room was both clean & spacious. His recommendation for a restaurant within waking distance (Turkish Kitchen) & directions to it were excellent. Breakfast the next morning on site was both convenient & delicious.

As a first time visitor in Aberdeen, I didn’t feel like leaving! Steven was extremely helpful at all times- very kind and considerate to my requests. The room was clean, had all the supplies I needed! The breakfast room also stocked with what guests would need was a huge plus for me! I am already looking forward to being back!!! The meals were great!!! Woke up looking forward to breakfast each day! Thank you Steven and Mary!!! See you soon!!

I wish there were more stars! Catherine was an incredibly gracious, kind and caring host. The level of attention we got was otherworldly. We felt like we were at home Catherine was brilliant from the get go, going above and beyond to make sure we had any help we needed The room was lovely and even had lots of snacks, tea & coffee amenities, towels and even slippers! We were received with a beautifully warm welcome and even spent some of the evening getting to know each other! An absolutely lovely time Highly recommend and will almost certainly be coming back in the future for a tea and catch up Truly, thank you so much Catherine and Ian

This is a perfect place to stay while exploring aberdeen. It's easy to walk to the main part of town or to the beach front. Having a private bathroom was very nice (its essentially a hotel room). I was a little worried about the wifi based on some other reviews saying it's slow. However I had no problems with it at all, it was quite fast and very reliable. Would absolutely recommend this space and would stay here again!

Nice place, with nice folks and nice cats. It is pretty far outside of Aberdeen; you will definitely want a car. The room is located on the top floor with fantastic views. Worth mentioning for light sleepers that the room gets super bright in the morning. Overall, recommended.
