Waterfront vacation rentals in Aberdeen City

Found the property with no problem, instructions were perfect. Managed to park on the street nearby. Walked up the stairs, into the flat and then discovered the sun room. Within 30 seconds we saw dolphins swimming by and fell in love with the place. The flat is fantastic and well maintained. Nearly everything you need is provided including a pair of binoculars. We had meant to buy a pack of cards and leave them for future guests, but completely forgot about it. (I blame the sun room) Good starting point for your morning run and the power shower is great for afterwards. The only problem is that you find yourself constantly sitting in the sun room staring out to sea with no idea what you were meant to be doing. The lookout is incredibly relaxing and the perfect spot for exploring the area. The whole family can’t wait to go back. Top tip: Check out the Yett on arrival and familiarise yourself with the recycling bin setup.

Ike was a great host. He met me to let me in and showed me around and gave me a very welcoming entry to the flat. Flat was super clean and very cosy would highly recommend.

Clean, warm and welcoming apartment with fantastic view over the Harbour area from balcony with ships and ferries coming in and out! Staff helpful, flexible and responsive. Highly recommended. Only thing missing was a dishwasher, but hey, we have hands.

We had a peaceful stay at Amy's flat. We were without car but it is located close to the good, local bus system, and is not all that long a walk back to bustile of town. Her place had all the amenities listed and Amy communicates well with guests. The entrance hall is dark and the stairs as well, so be prepared to use a phone light or flashlight. The layout of the flat is such that early risers can easlily close off the kitchen/living room and enjoy morning coffee, tv or reading while not disturbing those still sleeping. Overall, we recommend a stay at Amy's.

Ike was a great responsive host. Always on hand to help. Property was spotless, and lots of utensils provided. Would definetly stay here again.

Excellent accommodation with everything you need for a break away. Very comfortable bed which is a big plus. I could not fault anything regarding our stay.

This Cottage was a beautiful addition to our trip! we spent 2 nights here and we felt right at home. The space was adorable, private, comfortable and Dean did an excellent job communicating when we had any questions! highly recommend

Lovely house right on the waterfront in Stonehaven. Restaurants / bars either side of the house but still very quiet. The beach was literally metres away. A range of shops and eateries relatively close by. Dunnottar Castle was walking distance for those keen enough to do so. We had a couple of hiccups and Mags was on to it really quickly. Very responsive and very friendly. The upstairs living room was a delight. Great views and very relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great

Had a wonderful weekend at collieston beach, the weather was amazing! The house being on the beach front exceeded expectations. The house was larger than expected as pictures don't do the place justice. Carol was great at communicating through out and even sent over a load of towels for us. Thanks for letting us stay.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Coco & Cammy’s flat. Ideally located in a charming town, we were close to the harbour, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The unit was bright, clean and comfortable, and was the perfect place for us to relax in at the end of busy days. Our hosts were responsive and welcoming. We would absolutely return, and eagerly recommend this space to all. Thank you for having us!

Great location within Stonehaven, with loads of free parking outside the apartment. Very clean and spacious. Jackie was very friendly and gave lots of details for check in and the local area.

Visiting all the way from Canada, it was a lovely spot on our Honeymoon. The location was perfect, the amenities were great and it was super comfy. Dean was also very responsive and pleasure to interact with. My husband and I would definitely recommend this place as a must for staying at.

Three of us stayed at Richard and Julie's place for a couple of nights. Stonehaven was the first stop on our trip and it is a charming town. There's a lot to do there including strolling down the beach promenade, walk/hikes nearby, and welcoming restaurants! The flat is in a perfect location for all the things. It is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Richard was extra helpful providing suggestions for local places and tips for the rest of our stops. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but very responsive leading up to our stay.

This place was not only as the photos showed but even better, view was spectacular , apartment just perfect. Hosts were so helpful and friendly

Had a very pleasant stay everything about the property was as advertised and the information included in the welcome pack was extremely helpful. Laura kept in touch throughout the time from booking to arriving helping to explain the car parking which enabled to park within easy walking distance to the property
