Lovely 2 bed flat by the beach, private parking!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Only 100m walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to city centre Union Street, this cosy apartment is perfect for a city break. Ideally located right next to codonas amusement park and the beach boulevard retail park where you can get everything you need. And a short walk till you get to the city centre you really do have everything on your door step. The flat is in a purpose built block with barrier entrance and its own parking space

Convenient facilities including fully equipped kitchen, 42”flat screen TV, free wifi and free on street parking on a quiet street. Excellent location with many places within walking distance. Bus stop only 2 mins away with great bus routes and links to city centre and airport. 2 retail parks within walking distance. University of Aberdeen 5 mins walk. City centre 20 mins walk.
