We had a wonderful stay at Jean and Fernando's apartament. The place has everything you need for a lovely stay. The building has great amenities - swimming pool, gym, laundry- and loclocated in the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires, close to bars, restaurants, museums, and beautiful parks. Strongly recommended!

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

We had an excellent experience! The house is very nice and spacious and is very well equipped. It has a very nice view of the lagoon. Mora is very friendly and communicative! Highly recommended :)

The apartment has a very good location, the building was very nice, clean and above all Mariquena's service was always impeccable from the inquiries before renting until during the stay. We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. They kindly provided everything we needed for our child, including a crib, high chair, and even a juicer. Communication was fast and easy, and we really appreciated the flexibility in extending our stay for one more day. Thank you so much!

Excellent place, very comfortable and clean. Easy to check in. Being inside the hotel you have all the amenities, if you want to enjoy the pool, order a coffee or a drink. And on weekends, you have the live shows at the hotel bar, which are great. If you're lucky, you can meet celebrities and even Alan Faena himself. If in doubt, we'll be back.

We loved our stay . Thanks to Leyva's hospitality. The house was spotless, with details that made us very much feel at home. The location was perfect, a short walk from supermarket, kiosks,restaurants, metro and buses. Communication with Leyva was fluid and always willing to help us with anything we needed. *Score:* 5/5 stelle
