The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Located on the very top of a small mountain, you can see all the way to Vancouver on a clear day! There is driveway parking for 1 vehicle. The suite is very bright with a lot of natural light. You also have a private back yard that includes a gas bbq and outdoor dining area. Everything about this place speaks "comfort"!
