This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

It is an apartment in a very quiet setting. It is located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator. It has a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed. The apartment is completed by a small terrace overlooking the city. The apartment is located close to all the services that the city offers. A few meters away there is the bus stop and 500 meters away there is the train station that leads to Milan.

It has air conditioning, independent heating, a TV, and a washer/dryer. Free parking in a garage for small and medium cars and on the street.

The studio is suitable for smart working, with an area conceived for it. Please keep in mind that there is no free parking in the neighborhood.

This place is easily accessible from the tangenziale di Milano, well served by public transport (train and bus). It has great restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, pharmacy and shops close by. Host at most 2 guests at a time. Parking available in front of the house. No vans allowed.
