Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

BOOK THIS PLACE! I have stayed at a ton of Airbnbs all over the world. This was one of my favorites. The views from all the windows can't be beat. The location is incredible! We had free parking only a few minutes walk away (up hill on the way there). The place was very large and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautifully set up with a lovely garden, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. The location is great—quiet but still convenient for getting around. Visiting during this season was just right, with the garden in full charm. Just a small note: it can get a little chilly inside during the early morning and evening, but it added to the cozy feeling for us. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Exactly what we needed

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

Words can’t describe how beautiful this little restored village is - if you are seeking for a tasteful arranged place where you are all by yourself, surrounded by pure nature and a few other guests (that respect your privacy) this is where you should go. Highly recommended!!

I am so happy that I booked Alistair's accommodation! A private guest house with a spectacular view and lovely amenities (as listed). Located near beautiful Tuscan towns, it was easy to get to and from. It was great to meet Alistair and Maria, they were so welcoming and generous. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. We wish we booked for longer!

Wow, what a beautiful spot, secluded but centrally located so that it is an easy drive to so much of the umbira/tuscany area. Simona was so helpful, responsive, and generous and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Sabrina and her family were very accommodating and amazing host! The whole stay was superb In every way and my whole family as well as myself noted it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the amazing home cooked breakfast, to the cleanliness of the house, and the well thought out and led cooking class/dinner we enjoyed every aspect. Sabrina was very welcoming and made you feel like family :) I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farm style stay that wants to experience Tuscany.

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. Lorenzo is a very tentative and really friendly host. He even cooked for us dinner in his living room with 12 other travler!! It was an outstanding experience having local food and a nice time together. He even catered special needs like vegetarian alternatives He is extremly fast in responding, gave us great recommendations and restaurant tips. He made sure we felt welcome and enjoyed our time. The accommodation is perfect for any nature love withe the dog, all the cats and sometimes I even heared owls at night. You made our trip perfect! Thank you so much Lorenzo!

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

Absolutely amazing location in the countryside! Communication was excellent. We arrived at night to find our location with specific instructions. We stayed in Casa Azurre, a 2-bedroom residence on the property. Thank you Marta for an amazing experience! We woke up in the morning to the most incredible views! We had a long itinerary to drive around Val D’Orcia, but could easily just stay here and enjoy our stay! We seriously loved it here!

We had a lovely time at the house and in Stefano's garden. Slept incredibly deeply due to the silence and relaxation. We felt right at home. We also have wonderfully located in the garden. Stefano is incredibly friendly and helpful. Recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Beautiful place surrounded by woods in contact with nature. The tent is spacious and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom. The views of the Tuscan hills are fantastic. To get there you have to travel a fairly long but feasible dirt road (I went up with a Dacia Sandero). Absolutely recommended 😊
