Cozy family summer house right down to the beach. In the house there is room for 6 adults and 1 child, during the summer months there is a cozy annex with room for 4 adults. The cottage is located down to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here is ample opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, sharp catch and a beat mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. During the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

The cottage provides the perfect setting for summer days by the water, with large terraces, outdoor shower, rocking rack, fire pit and a wild garden. The house contains a large bedroom, small children's room with bunk bed and annex with small double bed. Close to Mols, Ebeltoft, Aarhus, Djurssommerland, etc. The tenant is responsible for cleaning and must bring their own bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.

It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.
