This is a lovely large house situated in a quite place . The entry level has a big sitting area with a 8 seater dining table . There are 2 bedrooms here with attached bath and 3 on the floor above . Another bedroom is on the second floor (this has no attached bath) . Each room is well kept and provided with blankets and towels . The swimming pool is a level lower and the 7th room is at this level ,this room is more like a outhouse along with other gaming facilities . A large Verandah runs through two sides of the entire hall where games can be played. Here too there are outdoor rattan tables and chairs provided. A trampoline at one corner occupied the children for long time . The highlight of the place is the pool which is clean and inviting . The caretaker is very helpful and provides tea , coffee and heats all the meals which are delivered from small home based restaurants close by , with recommendations from host . We would surely recommend this place for a large group .

I had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable—just 200m from the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options. The place itself was very well maintained, and neatly kept, making my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at the location. Do not go by the exterior of the building, the Actual property has been maintained very well and is clean and spacious. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough space , they have 2 bedrooms and a Sofa cum bead to accommodate the guests. Right on the beach and you can even walk up to the fort in low tides. There is a caretaker who is always available and very helpful. Deepak the host is very proactive and the communication is very clear.

Friendly and personal response helped us to locate nearby spots. Attendant was helpful and proactive. Beautiful and peaceful stay for short group.

Great place to stay as it's surrounded with Greenery with private parking, food was yumm, rooms were neat and clean with a suprise of bathtub , pool was cleaned just for us... value for money. Host was very kind and helpful and was just a call away even the staff was very supportive and generous as this place is nearby to most of the beaches especially alibaug beach highly recommended must visit with family and friends

We found this beautiful villa on the coast, it looked great in the pictures and the location seemed exciting considering that you could get a view of the sea from the 1st floor bedrooms and the terrace. The lighting of the villa was exquisite which made it a great prospect to hang out in anywhere from the ground-floor natural grass lawn all the way up to the terrace. This place is great for mid-sized groups who want a place away from the hustle-bustle of Alibag and allows multiple options like relaxing at the pool or having a barbecue at the terrace. As for the host, Devashree, she is extremely kind, approachable and responsive. She answered all of our queries accurately and gave us great food suggestions in and around the villa. She made our trip very comfortable and I recommend this to everyone looking for a relaxing weekend near the sea.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was as per the description with no surprises. The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was an instant hit with the kids and the adults. Lots of open areas around to just take a stroll and indulge in some mild sport. Staff were very friendly and always accommodative of our requests. On one occasion, we had to change our plans and requested the staff at 9am to cook breakfast for us. The food was ready in a jiffy and delicious too. Dinner was good too, although there was considerable leftover. The host was very responsive all along and understanding too when it came to finalising food costs. All in all, a perfect place to unwind over the weekend with all the necessary amenities.

Great place, great views. Beach and market both are very accessible and nearby. Apart from the fridge having a pungent smell (which went away after leaving it open for some time), everything was excellent. Jitesh is a very warm host, good communication and very considerate. Caretaker is also very warm and kept checking if everything was okay. Amantran, nearby restaurant suggested by Jitesh is very good. Bungalow is comfortable and has everything, feels homely. Would definitely consider visiting again.
