J'ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement ! L'accueil de Laetitia a été très chaleureux et attentionné. Le logement était impeccablement propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La situation géographique était parfaite, avec de nombreux commerces et attractions à proximité. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour rendre notre expérience agréable et confortable. Laetitia a été une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours réactive et prête à nous aider avec une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'espère y revenir très bientôt !

Staying at this apartment was like stepping into a serene oasis. Located near a picturesque water canal, the views from the apartment were nothing short of spectacular. Every day, I enjoyed watching people running and bicycling along the canal, adding a vibrant energy to the tranquil setting. The proximity to a delightful pizza bar was a huge bonus. Not only was the pizza mouth-wateringly good, but the wine selection was excellent, making for perfect evening dinners. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and incredibly cozy, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Paris. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive, ensuring every need was met promptly. Additionally, the apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities one could need, including fast Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected and even work remotely. The blend of beautiful views, a great local dining spot, and a welcoming and comfortable living.

Miłe i przytulne miejsce, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Świetna komunikacja z gospodarzem. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, blisko do atrakcji, ale cicho i kameralnie. Przy rozłożonej kanapie zostaje mało miejsca , ale spokojnie pomieściliśmy się we troje. Bardzo polecam

Emma's Place was fantastic. Our family of Grandparents Parents and two grandchildren really enjoyed the space and locality It was near enough to all the tourist sites but far enough away from the crowds. A true sense of Paris could be fund in the streets around Emma' place Highly recommended

Damien's apartment was magic. The gorgeous view of La Tour Eiffel was beyond incredible. The location could not have been more perfect: literally steps away from shops, restaurants, the metro (plus easy location for taxi pick up), easy walking to La Tour Eiffel and all the beautiful adjacent neighborhoods. Elizaveta met us right when the taxi dropped us off, despite our flight being delayed. She was so thoughtful and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Even leaving bottles of champagne, l'eau, et jus de pomme. The building itself is so beautiful with bedroom windows opening into a lovely courtyard. We can't wait to come back.

We stayed at Mina's place long-term and absolutely loved the apartment. First of all, it's located in a peaceful town close to Paris, where we always felt safe; and in proximity to Auchan, which is a great advantage. The studio itself is very functional and well-thought, decorated in a very aesthetic way, which we appreciated a lot. It has all facilities needed for a comfortable long-term living for a couple: there are multiple places to store belongings, a very comfortable bed, a big bathroom with mirrors, a smart TV, and a big kitchen, which was a great advantage for us because we love to cook a lot. The only downside was that the dishwasher was broken, and the hot water is limited, which requires you to economize water, but it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Mina and her son Nadim were always friendly, responsive and helpful anytime minor issues or inquires occurred. We are very thankful to their kindness and hospitality and would definitely like to come back. Thank you!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was 4 of us and it was just the right size. The communal areas are large and very easy to share. In total there were 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 1 twin). There were less beds that expected as the listing indicated that this can fit up to 8 people. So we had to share beds which we were not expecting. Great natural lighting and the beds are extremely comfortable. The host was extremely responsive which we appreciated. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus for us! Some things to consider, the floor on the first level heats up on its own which was strange in the middle of summer. We didn’t know this was a feature so the chocolate we purchased as a souvenir ended up melting. We also had the power go out several times. Luckily we were able to find the circuit breaker and get things on again. All in all I would recommend this space to others. We felt safe and secure here.

Além da acomodação ser como está descrita no anúncio, Amandio e sua esposa foram excepcionais conosco. Nos ajudaram em tudo durante nossa estadia. Se não fosse por eles nossa viagem teria sido comprometida por causa da greve em Paris. Eu e minha família somos muito gratos por tudo.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

j'ai passé un séjour agréable dans l'appartement de Malika! L'emplacement était parfait, à proximité des transports en commun. L'appartement était impeccablement propre et bien équipé avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour mon séjour. L'endroit est très calme avecune belle vue sur la Seine. De plus, Malika était très accueillante et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Je recommande vivement cette location.

j’y retourne pour la deuxième fois et je ne suis pas dessus, tout était propre et il y a tout le nécessaire pour nettoyer, cuisiner etc. je recommanderai toujours ! et la résidence est très calme et proche de la gare

L appartement est spacieux pour 4 personnes, très propre, a 5 min seulement du métro si vous voulez visiter la capitale. Place de parking gratuite mais parfois pas facile a trouver. Le cadre est agréable avec son canal et cheikh nous réponds rapidement si nous avons la moindre question, merci pour ce séjour !

The apartment is the perfect location for playing tourist in Paris. The unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower fills the window in the living room and bedroom. Getting to the Tower is an easy walk across the bridge. The metro and bus stops are very close and connect you to everything. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. Some previous reviews mention street noise - if you are used to city sounds, this is nothing more than passing traffic. My son slept on the giant sofa in the living room. The host provided sheets and it was extremely comfortable - an adult could sleep on it easily. Please note that the curtains and shutters that fold down outside the windows do not completely block the light. Some streetlight comes through at night, but it is not too bright. However, expect anyone sleeping in the living room to wake with the morning sun. Our host, Samy, was very communicative and went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience.

Everything was perfect. The location is well connected to all the Paris landmarks. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of six – which is quite rare in Paris. Sophie was a great host and provided clear instructions. Everything went smoothly and easily. Definitely 100 times better than staying in a hotel. Thank you!
