Beautiful Apt in Paris centre

This was a great stay in Paris. We wanted somewhere that wouldn’t be too busy with tourists, but still central and that’s exactly what Nihar’s place was. It was so homely and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute!! Le Halles is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment along with The French Bastards bakery which was a favourite spot for us each morning 🫶🏼 The metro was so accessible from the Accomodation too along with many restaurants around the Strasbourg-Saint Denis area. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Paris that doesn’t want to be surrounded by tourists 24/7 and wants to experience authentic Paris. Thank you so much to Nihar for being an amazing host. We hope to see you again in the future ☘️❤️

This apartment is literally steps from the Eiffel Tower. First floor flat at the back of a private courtyard. There was always an UBER right out front as there are 10 cafes/restaurants within 50 yards and all were excellent. It was a short walk to the Metros. We were all over Paris for the Olympics and while navigating the massive security added some time to a few of our travels, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Melissa was a sensational host (we added an extra night to our reservation at the last minute) and accommodated our late check-out so we could enjoy an “extra” day in Paris without lugging our bags everywhere. If I return to Paris, this will be at the top of my list when searching for a place to call home.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy, clean and tidy, designed in a Parisian style with a lot of character, equipped with everything you need for maximum comfort - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, dining area, living room with large windows and a cozy terrace, overlooking the street. The neighborhood is calm and comfortable, with several restaurants and a supermarket just across the street. In addition, there is a metro שמג נוד stations nearby. Jean Fabrice was available, but also left recommendations for restaurants in the vicinity. In conclusion, a perfect experience! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris with a real homely feel.

I can't recommend this place ENOUGH! Jack is an exceptional host, he was always responsive, flexible and ready to help. The place is great, tidy and in a great neighborhood. The instructions are straight forward and access to the apartment is quite easy! Many thanks to you Jack for a great stay!

I had a great week in this small but clean and cozy apartment. It is located in the backyard and hence extremely quiet, despite the bursting outside. Perfectly located, walkable everywhere, minutes from the beautiful canal. Ulisse is very responsive and helping host. Very recommend this place!

We have stayed at hotels and other apartments in Paris, however our Rue Des Martyrs home for 19 days exceeds all others. The street is like no other in Paris totally lined with shops featuring fresh fruits, cheese, meat, seafood, restaurants and delicious prepared food; plus it has a storied past. The entrance to the inner apartments of the building passes through a lobby to the courtyard then to a back annex building. Unique and very safe! We are in our mid 70’s and learned to be very careful navigating the narrow staircase to access the small elevator to the apartment. Step inside and see its signs of age with characteristic creaky floors and antique furniture and be awed by the space and light. It features a modern, obviously professionally designed kitchen, top of the line appliances including not only a washer but dryer as well! The beds comfortable, the showers ample with modern fixtures. The photos on the site accurately display the rooms and host communication with great.

Great apartment with 3 bedrooms (one with a bed for a small child). Renovated not long ago it was also very close to transport and shops and restaurants. Lots of light! Air conditioning must be nice in summer. Balcony over the garden is super nice. Thank you for having us. We will be back!!

This was the best experience me and my husband had with an Airbnb. Eric’s apartment is beautiful, he has impeccable decor taste and it’s in the heart of Le Marais. We did struggle with the stairs, but hey, it certainly helped us to stay active in this trip 🤣. Eric was very kind, supportive and communicative during all the stay and Zeljka, the nice lady who showed us the apartment, was the same and even recommended us amazing restaurants to go. 10/10 and I’ll surely be coming back sometime in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The flat is very spacious and was more than enough room for 2 families, 6 total. The large open living and kitchen space was great and perfect for hanging with the kiddos morning/night. The location is also perfect with many great restaurants and boutiques around. Good location to visit Paris. the apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and also nice coffee was available. Our kids loved the bunk bed. The nearest metro was within walking distance and in 20 to 25 minutes you can reach the center of the city. Elena was really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

I had a lovely stay, I was able to park my car for free and safe in front of the door! Not too far out of town. Nice shower and I was able to sleep wonderfully🛌. Nice garden to wake up in with my coffee and cigarette. Homeowner very nice and thoughtful. Definitely recommended and I will definitely go back.

This flat is located right outside a main metro line and within walking distance to Bastille, place des Vosges and great restaurants and bars. Both hosts were friendly and responsive, the flat was clean, very warm and quiet. The entry was easy and codes made it easy for a group of us to do our own activities during the day. We will stay here again when we return Paris.
