Vacation rentals with breakfast in 5th arrondissement

Excellent hosts - easy access to trains, restaurants and “The Chateau”.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

We had a weekend in Paris. The Fernando house has a very good value for the area. We found a great Asian restaurant nearby, and the RER A made it very easy for us to get to Paris.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. It is cosy, comfortable and located just outside the metro station in a street with everything one needs like shops, restaurants and pubs. Perfect place for someone who prefers staying away from the crowded city centre. Thank you Louise!

Had a great time! Instructions for the amenities were super clear and easy to follow! Kitchen was amazing although we didn’t use it much, and the bathroom was nice as well! Very clean and well kept! Exactly as advertised! A really cool experience!

Vincent is a very hospitable host with a very comfortable, clean, and homey apartment. Vincent met us when we arrived in Paris and helped us settle into the flat. He sent us recommendations and walking routes with stops along the way! The apartment was very clean and comfortable for three nights and had all the amenities we needed to cook breakfast, shower, and Vincent even left us water bottles and bottle of wine! There are great restaurants and shops nearby and metro is very accessible (1 block away). We would highly recommend staying here! Note the apartment is a third floor walk up without an elevator.

Fabulois neighbourhood! so handy to get to from gard de nord via M2 to Charles de gauille etoille then M1 to Tuilliers. Quiet building with lots of boutiques, restaurants around. Beds snug which we knew in advance so no bother as all out weighed by fabulous location and spotless apartment and most helpful host! we hope to return as sites still to do! we did eiffel tower at night which was amazing we had no tickets just turned up and got to the summit!!! we didn't do Notredam as we turned up no tickets long long long queues. On arrival we did the cycle tour hidden paris with Alan it was a great introduction to Paris and to Paris traffic rules! We did our own Food Tour, croque mouiseur, French onion soup, crepes .. great fun we will have to return for foie gra? A great trip 'merci'

Absolutely loved my Alain’s place! The place was cozy and had all the little touches that made it feel special. Perfect location—right in front of the subway. Would def stay again!

Accommodation in the heart of the vegetation. A small one on the outskirts of Paris. If you love nature and fullness, you'll be in the right place.

Morgan was an excellent host!! He always responded quickly to messages and was always very attentive and friendly. The space was spotless! Although small, it is very cozy. The location was also excellent, in a busy neighborhood, very beautiful and safe. The subway is a 2-minute walk away. It was a great stay, we love it and recommend it!

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

What a lovely, purely Paris stay! Dominique was so warm and hospitable! She shared France with us every morning while we savored croissants, coffee, yogurt, and fresh orange juice! What a delight! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great living room space filled with original art. The condo is very close to the Metro 6 station and it was very easy to get anywhere! Dominique gave us great suggestions for everything we needed and wanted to see. I would recommend staying here!

Fantastic host! She knows Paris really well and is super helpful with providing recommendations and directions to things nearby. Breakfast was amazing! The place was super clean, had all the amenities we could think of and the bed was comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a nicer host. Thank you!! If we are ever back in the area, we would 100% come back to this Airbnb.
