Loft vacation rentals in 5th arrondissement

Jean-Christophe and his wife were very kind people. They even gave us a gift on Labour's day, a bottle of wine and a flower. It was very lovely staying with them, everything was clean and working properly. The AC was very welcome, considering the weather outside. Would 100% recommend to go here, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a Metro station around the corner. Also very easy for a taxi to pick you up at the front door. Overall a great experience!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful, house, cozy and had all that we needed. Great location, close to metro, nice shops, restaurants nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in ,check out was easy with clear instructions. We felt welcomed in Paris. Marc and Richard are great hosts.

Tout s’est super bien passé ! Matthieu est un hôte attentionné. L’appartement était comme décrit. Spacieux et confortable, dans un quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Je recommande ++

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. The location was fantastic near many restuarants, cafes and bakeries and only short train or Uber rides to major attractions. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Check in/out was very easy and there were no issues communicating with the host. We would recommend Maria's place to anyone looking for a cute apartment in a great location.

A nice apartment in a very walkable area. Easy walk to Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, The Louvre, and Musée d’Orsay. The provided guidebook gave perfect instructions on how to navigate to the apartment from Gare du Nord by metro. The host was very helpful and communicative. I would stay here again.

Valerie reageerde altijd heel snel en vriendelijk. Het appartement was perfect gelegen in het centrum van Parijs. Een paar minuten wandelen naar het Louvre. Het OV is tevens op een paar minuten wandelen vanwaar je overal snel kunt komen. Heel veel leuke winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Prachtige pleintjes om de hoek. Voor ieder wat wils. Ook was het heel rustig en stil in het appartement. De drukte van buiten was nauwelijks hoorbaar. Valerie, bedankt voor deze mooie ervaring!

房源位置很好，在巴士地广场附近步行5分钟内，周围美食很多，交通玛黑区公交通行很方便，搭地铁去市区卢浮宫附近也非常方便。 最重要的是房东人很好，非常的热情。我们入住时，因为一些小问题跟房东通了电话，房东非常耐心的解决了，然后还很热情的给我们推荐了很多附近的好吃的好玩的，而且房东得知我们是中国人，以后非常的开心，也对我们格外的热情。总的来说是一次很好的入住体验。 （唯一一个缺点是房屋的隔音稍微差一点，不过小区整体还是挺安静的）

Extremely good located apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. There are cool bars in the street and right behind the corner there is a great, 19th century restaurant where you can taste French cuisine Place des Vosges is just there, you have around 10-15 minutes of a nice walk to Hotel de Ville, Centre Pompidou or Les Halles, if you like to walk it is also very cool to walk to Latin Quarter from here :) Metro connections from Place de la Bastille are great, especially line 8 because of it’s route- in the same direction you can get to Opera or Invalides which is really cool, the line is actually a connection between the south east and south west of Paris. The apartment is quiet and interior is very nice, the bed is great which was very important to me as I used to walk 17-25km every day Bruno is easy going person, you can ask him for help or advice, and also he was kind enough to let me to put the luggage inside 4 hours before check in :) and 5 after check out

This loft worked perfectly for us, my son with wife and an 18 year old toddler. The loft downstairs worked out as a perfect area for the baby’s crib which was included. Francois was super responsive and provided a new stroller as rental. He even connected us to a baby sitter who was super nice. The location is perfect. It is just around the corner from the Pantheon and short walk to the beautiful Luxembourg garden and Notre Dame. Arrival was super easy from CDG airport via the RER C train to the Luxembourg station although the train was super crowded. There are 2 supermarkets just across the street which was very convenient. There is an abundance of good and inexpensive restaurants serving great French cuisine close by, especially in the Latin quarters just across the river from Notre Dame. Highly recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und wir haben uns direkt wir Pariser gefühlt. Marie-Helene ist eine sehr aufmerksame und liebenswürdige Gastgeberin, die immer sehr schnell erreichbar war und sich rührend gekümmert hat. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, direkt bei sehr vielen guten Restaurants und Geschäften und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Lihn’s place was wonderful for our 4-day trip to Paris. Walkable to many places with true Parisian flare! Lihn was very responsive, friendly and flexible and made us feel at home. I felt she was someone we could call on if needed. Highly recommend!

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Super comfy beds, our teens loved the mezzanine level bedroom. Easy access to metro( we found nearest was Rue de Boulet) Super bakery- Pepite nearby, also Carrefour and Franprix (also useful for Nanny drop bags). Try easy access to the many attractions of Paris. Would thoroughly recommend.

Host was very helpful and responsive and there are lots of nice touches in the unit. Great communication. Unit looks as described in the photos. It’s a small apartment unit — perfect for a night or two stay in a central area of Paris. As noted in the listing, the stairs leading to the attic-like space where there are three beds is steep, so not suitable for children or those with mobility issues. But it worked well for us and five people slept comfortably. Beds were really comfortable and unit was clean. The location is very central in Les Halles so if you’re looking for a lively area, this is a great location.

Très bon emplacement très près de la station de métro. Il s’agit d’un appartement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix et loin du bruit. On est à 30 minutes de métro des meilleurs sites à voir à Paris. Éric est très réactif. Je conseille ce Airbnb fortement.

Wir wurden sehr nett und persönlich an der Unterkunft empfangen. Es war ein Early Check-In möglich. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und etwas ganz besonderes! Man fühlt sich sehr heimlich. Die Lage war super und es gab mehrere Bus und Metro Stationen in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
