Victor was a terrific host. The apartment was comfortable and quiet, and located in a great neighborhood. Victor was a terrific communicator and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If for no other reason, having open views of Paris from all the windows is reason enough to stay. Beautifully appointed rooms, fully workable kitchen and comfortable bedding. Having been to Paris multiple times, David’s apartment really gave me a sense of «  living » in Paris, not just being a tourist. Easy walk from the Seine and plenty of markets nearby. The apartment itself is quiet which isn’t always a given in Paris and having an elevator is a plus. The only shortcoming for some would be that there is no shower- only bathtub and hand held shower. There’s plenty of hot water and a bath is so lovely after a day of being out. My friend and I shared the apartment and the second room is super comfortable with plenty of storage space. But really what stands out is the Parisian decor vibe and the views. I’d happily stay there again.

The apartment is very functional, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the subway is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment, but there are many buses a few minutes away. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment. It was a very comfortable stay.

The apartment is great and everything was as described. The location is absolutely wonderful and Sylvie responded to all my questions promptly and with great care. I'll definitely come back! Thank you)

We had a great stay at Maja’s lovely flat. Location was great, good transport links nearby. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Maja was a great host, very approachable and responsive.

The apartment was perfect for two people. It was clean and the neighbourhood felt safe.

Christophe’s place was great, very comfy, full of interesting decorations that you could spend hours contemplating. The location is excellent and Christophe was attentive and helpful. We highly recommend his flat!

This is the best place we have stayed in Paris (and we have travelled to the city many times). It is roomy by Paris standards, but more importantly, it is brilliantly designed. The shelves recede into the walls, so they take up less space. A great amount of closet and drawer space. The bedroom is separated by a tasteful wall of open lattice brick, with space to put small items. It is on an amazing street, all pedestrian (cars prohibited), with lots of great shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants (French, Greek, Lebanese, Japanese, Italian). It has a large Lebanese presence, which makes it one of the more interesting parts of Paris. It is also cheaper than many area. Close to the Latin Quarter and the subway. We walked most places. Leo is an amazing host. We will definitely be back!

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

Very easy relationship with the host. I had several questions and he was very responsive.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Ideal for couple. The flat was very clean and nice. 10 min walk to Train station, supermarkets are close by. i highly recommend this place. Overall very good experience. Thank you Julien

Perfect accommodation: accessibility/proximity to transport, quiet, clean, tidy and with all the necessary equipment. Mathieu is very responsive and friendly, I recommend it!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Laurent was a great host, and the apartment was cute, compact, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view out the window was excellent for the price! Entering the unit felt very secure and safe.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

Nandas place was wonderfully situated just a few blocks off of Eiffel Tower Park. The entire apartment was spotless. Of note for people traveling from the states, there is no central air condition, but each room has big wide windows that open to allow fresh air to come in and it was wonderful to feel the breeze. We never got overly hot. Nanda was so kind and helpful. Clear instructions throughout the apartment, and great recommendations! We went to Le Suffren the first night and it was one of our favorite meals! She had a baby cot for my little one too. I can not recommend this place enough! The location was amazing. The host was fantastic. And there is nothing quite like sipping wine, winding down from a long travel day while watching the twinkling Eiffel Tower.
