Vacation rentals with a home theater in 4th arrondissement

The location was perfect. It was our favorite area in the city with a wonderful neighborhood feel. It was easy to access the rest of the city from this location. We would stay here again when we come back to Paris.

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

Overall, a good place to stay in Paris. Not a very touristy area but about a 6-7 minute walk to 2 different metro lines which was very convenient. Late one night, one of the metro lines was shut down bc of some problem or another so it was nice to have an alternate line to get home. We were there for two weeks so it was great to have the extra space, washing machine, and a kitchen as opposed to a hotel room. There were many restaurants and grocery stores close by. The area was busy but felt safe. Be aware that the apartment is up 3 flights of curved wooden stairs with no elevator. It was a bit tricky with our luggage especially when leaving as we went back with many souvenirs! We would stay here again.

Chloe is a great host and she was very responsive. her apartment was very clean and was in vicinity for most popular places and very well connected by metro. we had a great time. thanks Chloe for hosting us! only thing that can be done better is in that she can ask a care taker to clean the apartment so host can have a better experience. she can choose to charge extra for it because sometimes host don't have that much time. but overall great location and safe locality!

Many thanks to Manon for the hospitality! The apartment is incredibly cozy and atmospheric. We did not want to leave at all. We will definitely come back. Manon shared wonderful places and was very friendly. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The living room took a special place in our hearts, everything is decorated with love! This is a hidden gem! Words can't explain how amazing this place is. I was here for work and it was perfect in every respect.

From my wife! We feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Isabelle's apartment for our first trip to Paris as a family of four. It's a special home with real history, which Isabelle thoroughly detailed in a booklet that we pored over. Sure, there are some things Americans like us might not be used to-- a bathtub without a standard shower (there is a handheld one you get the hang of after a while), the toilet in a separate tiny bathroom, many flights to walk up. But we got used to it all and staying in a place different from our current house (and our previous apartments in NYC) added to the charm of our childrens' first taste of Europe. Our 6 year old daughter was totally smitten with all the special features of the apartment: Hidden compartments in the side tables, beautiful unique art. Our kids (6 and 6 months) both slept incredibly well, even though the sun didn't set until 930 pm! The little twin bed and travel crib were absolutely the right sizes for them, and our older daug

My fiancee and I had lovely stay here. As some reviews have said it's pretty small once the bed is out but we didn't mind it. And the host was very communicative and helpful and we were able to check in a bit early. The location was also fantastic for being walking distance to all the stations and restaurants!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Amazing location. A few minute walk to the Louvre. Awesome cafes and restaurants all around! If traveling with 1 or 2 people, this would be hard to beat! Pascale and Sharon were extremely responsive. Sharon was especially sweet!

Stan fut très réactif avant pendant et après notre séjour Appartement très propre Proche des transports ( RER À ou BUS ) et facile d’accès Petit commerce à proximité ( Intermarché etc.) Je le recommande vivement Très bon rapport qualité prix proposé

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !
