Kid-friendly vacation rentals in 17th arrondissement

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Louisa und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Un Airbnb comme le veut la définition et comme on les aime. Réserver chez Eloïse et Alexandre c’est l’opportunité d’un grand logement à Paris pour un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Commerces et vie de quartier, métro très proche (ligne 13) Un bar à côté de l’appartement mais après les kilomètres dans les jambes, le sommeil sera plus fort 😀 Communication facile. Je recommande.

My partner and I stayed here for our first time in Paris! We loved it! The home was clean, comfortable, safe, and spacious. Our favorite part was the balcony! There were a couple evenings where we had wine and cheese outside before going out again, it was great. We spent most of our time adventuring the city but this apartment was the perfect refuge to return to after a long day. The neighborhood is also super nice!! Tourists tend to stay in the city center or over in Montmarte (20 min walk) so this neighborhood felt much more authentic. The street is quiet (we got great sleep) since it is off of a busier road with the cutest park, bakeries, clothing boutiques, and restaurants. Charles-Henri is attentive and proactive with communication, which made check-in and check-out easy. Can't wait to visit again!

The apartment was spotless, easy to get into, and well-located. We really enjoyed exploring the area, there were lots of local shops & restaurants and easy transit to central Paris. Tut was communicative and let us check in as soon as we arrived (earlier than the listing stated) and let us check out late as well, which made everything seamless. The apartment was also very large compared to other airbnbs we’ve stayed in and everything was comfortable. We would stay here again next time we’re in Paris :)

Great place! Loved how clean the place was as well as how convenient it’s to the metro station. Due to this, there are pharmacy’s, restaurants, and other fast food places surrounding the home. Would recommend ! :)

It’s definitely a very small apartment- but very cute and worked perfectly for two of us staying just a couple of nights and mostly out exploring the city. Very close to the Arc and to Metro lines which made navigation very simple :)

The photos are very accurate, you enter the apartment and you feel like the Parisien Bourgeoisie of the late century. Really nice rooms in a very good location, just a few steps from the Metro, restaurants, cafes and the beautiful Parc Monceau. A well equiped kitchen and very comfortable beds are awaiting you. The communication with Matthieu was easy and always friendly - he welcomed us at the place and showed us everything.

Hubert’s place is wonderful! Located in. A quiet oasis, it’s the perfect central Paris apartment. The park across the street is gorgeous and there’s plenty of restaurants around. It’s also only a few 100 meters from a metro station. Would recommend!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Mathilde war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Very happy with our stay! The location was great - walkable to everything in Montmartre including the Metro. It was close enough to the Main Street for easy accessibility but yet private and safe. Marie was a super responsive and friendly host! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Montmartre. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured.

Fabulous place and location! Sleek, roomy and very clean. Lots of windows and natural light. Blackout shades worked great for those who wanted to sleep in. Good restaurants around the corner.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Christelles und Smails Wohnung. Die Nähe zu Paris war perfekt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man innerhalb 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Gerne wieder!
