A casa foi espaçosa suficiente para nosso grupo de 12 pessoas, bonita, completa e limpa. A localização era ótima, pertinho do metrô. A cozinha é bem equipada, nos serviu muito bem. O anfitrião foi muito prestativo e atencioso, inclusive, nós esquecemos uma mala e prontamente ele a colocou no Uber que nos entregou no aeroporto quando entramos em contato com ele. Adoramos também a Arlete, a senhora que nos recebeu muito bem. Com certeza indicamos e voltaríamos.

It was a good choice for Paris, I would say. The accommodation is located in a quiet area in Bagneux. A big advantage is the metro station (Line 4) which can be reached in 20-25 minutes by foot. There's also a bus stop in front of the house. We left our car in the underground parking lot and commuted by public transport all the time. The apartment itself is not very big, but cozy. Perfectly enough for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The bed and mattress in the bedroom are good, we slept well. The kitchen is equipped with everything one needs for cooking. Yamina is a super host. Communication was good. She was friendly and helpful, and gave us useful tips for the neighborhood (restaurants, bakeries, etc.). We felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you!

Very enjoyable stay. Our grandchildren enjoyed the enclosed garden, and the playroom. Despite the location of the house, very close to the town centre, it was surprisingly quiet. The house wouldn't be suitable for small children who haven't yet mastered going up and down stairs. We found Albane very helpful, responsive and accommodating.

El apartamento es estupendo, el baño es como el de un hotel. Es tranquilo, espacioso y acogedor, aunque le faltan algunos detalles. Un microondas para calentar rápidamente.. por ejemplo. Las toallas, maravillosas, suaves, y muchos detalles como café, café soluble, agua, Coca Cola, chocolate, algunos caramelitos..faltaba un poquito de sal, un poquito de aceite.. algún producto de limpieza. Pero había muchas cosas que compenssaban estas pequeñas faltas, jabón, leche corporal, champú, gel… dos pantallas enormes de televisión….. en fin una muy buena estancia calidad precio!!! Gracias por vuestra hospitalidad

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entsprach dem Zeitraum während den olympischen Spielen. Celine hat uns über alles Notwendige pro-aktiv und umfassend informiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne ruhige und saubere Wohnung. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Parken einfach und kostenfrei in der Straße möglich. Ein-/Auschecken flexibel und sehr einfach. Kommunikation mit Morgane war sehr gut, die von ihr zur Verfügung gestellten Infos zur Wohnung, Umgebung usw. sind sehr schön gemacht. Busstationen (118 und 301) in 1-2 Minuten und RER in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Spätabends fahren die Busse in größeren Abständen. Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Alles war super. Wir waren zu siebt mit 3 Teenagern, 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen und die Wohnung hatte für uns die perfekte Größe. Sie ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine Aufhängevorrichtung für kleine Handtücher in den Bädern. Ansonsten war alles perfekt :) wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen und Paris entdeckt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gilles. Une maison où on se sent comme chez soi, extrêmement bien équipée et correspondant exactement à ce que nous recherchions. Le jardin est magnifique et la possibilité de garer la voiture à l’intérieur est un vrai plus. Merci à Gilles pour ses petites attentions. À noter, le chauffage allumé à notre arrivée et parfaitement réglé pour que nous soyons au mieux. En résumé, notre petit paradis de Noël !! Nous reviendrons avec certitude car la localisation nous permet d’être au près de notre famille tout en étant si bien logés.

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Dadou, pour la Japan Expo qui se trouvait à 2 arrêts de RER de son logement. La gare est à 10 minutes de marche, très pratique. Le logement est au calme, avec un petit jardin, très agréable. des places de parking sont disponibles dans la rue. Le logement se situe au sous sol, parfait pour l'intimité. Propre et conforme à la description. Dadou est très sympathique, et ne manquera de vous aider si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, nous en gardons de bons souvenirs.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris! Excellent location near public transportation & easy to walk to many different restaurants & markets. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and secure in the building with its gated access. The instructions to find the location are very specific & the host is very responsive & even gave us ideas for places to go. I think it should be mentioned that the second bedroom is up the spiral staircase so may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, small children or the elderly. Unit is also 2 full bathrooms but in the downstairs bathroom the toilet is separate from the bathtub area. The water was always hot. When we arrived, it did have the smoky smell that people have mentioned, but we brought incense and opened the windows and it didn’t really bother us. You can tell that this house is really lived in as opposed to other Airbnb’s that are specifically for short term stay, but enjoyed the authentic Parisian experience and loved the decor and feel!

All in all, all good. Good price/location trade off for Paris. Connections are easy enough into Saint Lazare, and then wherever in Paris. Location itself is a bit hit and miss, the whole complex is still being built, not all areas are made nice around the building. Did not affect us too much, but will be way nicer when the whole complex is finished. Parking very good, and very much needed if using a car. Open space/terrace nice, but somewhat extra windy on the 8th floor. So not usable for us on this occasion. Maybe usable on quiet and hot summer evenings. Still, I would recommend and I would come back. Good offer for Paris.

Sophie is a very nice person. Always smiling. She welcomed us warmly and checked our needs. Her tips for transportation are valuable :). The place was very good in terms of transportation and your needs for a holiday. The bus stop is very close, there is also a shopping center (groceries, bakery etc.) nearby. The guesthouse is very quiet, well designed, and also very convenient for pet owners. One down side was the internet connection. The signal was insufficient inside the guesthouse. However, it was sufficient outside of the house or at the door. Nonetheless, Sophie has a solution for that, we just couldn’t ask in time. Overall, highly recommendable

Nous avons passé un super week end entre amis dans la maison de Lucile et sa famille. La maison est grande, joliement décorée et très fonctionnelle. Une fois arrivé dans le jardin, on ne se sent même plus en ville. Une gare RER et une station de métro sont à environ 15 min à pied et permettent de rejoindre le centre de Paris donc parfait si on veut être au calme tant en restant accessible en transport en commun. Commerces de première nécessité dans le quartier.

Walid y Sarra nos recibieron maravillosamente. Su casa resultó ideal para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Necesitábamos la cercania al Estadio de Colombes y pudimos ir caminando. Al ser muchos, nos movimos al centro en taxi/bolt, pero también se puede usar transporte público. Estuvimos muy cómodos y tanto la pileta como los ventiladores resultaron un plus importante para refrescarnos. Esperamos regresar alguna vez

The location was so quiet considering how close to the Arc de Triumph we were. Easy to walk to the Metro and explore many parts of the city (I would recommend the Argentine Metro over Charles de Gaulle by the Arc which was much busier and hectic). A local boulangerie, Boucherie and coffee shop along with many restaurants to choose from). Having the toilette and wash area separate was very nice with 3 people staying in the apartment. We ended up not using many of the amenities (dishwasher, washer, stove or cook too) but nice to have available. And while the kitchen was small, we still ended up able to have 3 people standing in it for a late evening snack). While the bedrooms are small, the beds are comfortable and the large closet was needed and used for our belongings, There are stairs but easily manageable. While we did have one issue, Nicholas was responsive and helpful. I would return in the future.
