The first floor apartment used to be the household's 700 square feet reception area. Box ceiling, crown moulding, interior chimneys have been preserved and restored. Modern and period furniture are mixed to offer comfort while preserving the house's historic character. The kitchen and the bathroom have been modernized and completely renovated. The apartment's large living space can be separated with a curtain into a front room and a bedroom. It is fully furnished with a dining table for 6 and sofa bed in the front room, a french size double bed and a single bed on the other side. The apartment sleeps 3 adults comfortably. The house is located in the chic "village d'Auteuil" neighborhood of Paris' 16th arrondissement and surrounded by local markets and shopping areas (rue d'Auteuil, rue de Passy....). You will find a supermarket 50 m from the flat, a laundry, bakeries, banks, wine house. Very close to the flat you'll find the Marmottan museum, the Guimet museum ant the Palais de Tokyo. If you want to run, paddle on a lake or relax, the Bois de Boulogne is a 3 minute walk away. The metro (Jasmin or Michel Ange Auteuil station) will take you to Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées or the Grand Palais museum in less than 12 minutes. You can rent a Velib bike or an Autolib electric car at the station 100 m from the house.
