Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Come and discover a charming comfortable studio of 25m2 at 15min walk from the Latin Quarter. Located in a building classified as a historical monument of Paris, this studio will allow you to discover the famous district of the Manufacture des Gobelins. Our lovely and well-equipped 230 sqft studio flat is located near the Quartier Latin of Paris. The building is classified as National History Heritage and is at the heart of the historic neighborhood of the Manufacture des Gobelins (Royal tapestry factory).

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

quiet and sweet in heart of Paris

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!

Very bright and pleasant studio to stay in.

Refurbished studio, warm, comfortable, sofa bed , kitchenette, bathroom with shower, Wifi with fiber, unobstructed view on the 8th floor. Deep cleaning. Ideal location 2 minutes from line 14 and line C: Bibliothèque François Mitterrand station, close to the BNF, Tolbiac bridge. Velib and autolib station downstairs from the building. Very lively neighborhood (shops, cafe, restaurants, MK2 cinema, BNF ). Common entrance with Hotel, very warm, 24-hour welcome, secure.

Pretty 2 room apartment fully equipped and refurbished in 2018, located in a trendy district of Paris. Private room (bed 160x200), Living room sofa bed, Wifi, Bathroom, Washer, WC, Fully equipped kitchen area (oven/microwave, dishwasher, large fridge). The apartment has unobstructed views of one of the gardens of Paris, the François Mitterand Library and the Station F. This beautiful top end studio is the ideal starting point for your Parisian getaways. Also great to chill out on the balcony (which opens or closes with curtain glasses) to wonder gazing at one of Paris' most amazing view. 2 shared bike passes are provided to help you get the most of your trip. The area is great, full of cafés and restaurants and close to everything. The building is equipped with a swimming pool a sauna and a solarium (closed on Mondays).
