Large duplex (200 m2) on the 9th and 10th floors in PARIS 15th, with a unique view of the Eiffel Tower from the 10th floor bedroom, and also Montmartre, Montparnasse and the rooftops of Paris from the large terrace which is accessed directly from the bedroom. On the 8th and top floor of a 1930s building with elevator to the 7th floor, small charming studio bathed in light with a 14 m2 terrace in full sun with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and Observatory. Ideally located close to transport 4 min and all amenities (Bakery, butcher, pharmacy 3 min from the apartment). The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, right next to the 5th arrondissement and Rue Mouffetard, and 10 min walk from Denfert Rochereau.
