Condo vacation rentals in 13th arrondissement

I loved this place! It was quiet, close to restaurants and supermarket. It was easy to get into Paris on RER B. I was so comfortable here and it felt like a home away from home! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to Paris! It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My son and I stayed about a week, and had no problems. Beds were comfortable and slept well! I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El estudio tiene lo necesario, tal cual se describe. Está muy bien situado, al lado del metro y en un buen barrio. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy buena y tiene el detallazo de dejarte agua, café, yogures, leche, mantequilla, mermelada… Muy contentos de haber elegido este estudio para nuestros días en París

Une hôte très avenante et bienveillante, avec un accueil chaleureux qui donne l’impression de ce rendre chez une amie plutôt que dans une simple location. Une expérience vraiment agréable, très bien situé, je recommande vivement.

Absolutely recommend! The apartment itself is very nice and clean. Fantastic location. Olivier was super friendly, accommodating, and responsive. He always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

La casa de Thomas es acogedora, limpia, sábanas y toallas impecables y la decoración exquisita. La cama es cómoda y el piso muy luminoso. El baño muy limpio. Es una zona tranquila, buen barrio, muy bien ubicada: el sábado volvimos andando del barrio de Le Marais y el metro está a menos de 5 min desde donde se puede ir a todas partes en 20 minutos. Thomas dio instrucciones precisas para la llegada autónoma y estuvo disponible. Muy recomendable, un acierto.

가까운 역과 버스정류장이 있어서 이동하기 편했고 동네도 조용하고 다들 친절해서 프랑스 여행의 느낌을 고스란히 받을 수 있었어요. 근처에 스타벅스가 있어 한국인들은 아이스아메리카노 먹기 좋고, 맞은편에 너무 맛있는 빵집이 있어요. 로랑부부가 체크인 시간을 맞춰주셔서 걱정없이 늦은 시간에도 체크인이 가능했고 영어와 어플을 통한 빠른 의사소통으로 어려운거 하나 없었어요. 아침마다 울리는 집 앞 교회의 종소리, 포근한 침구 향, 한식당 사장님의 웃음소리 등등 모든게 행복하기만 했던 시간이었어요. 다음에 또 파리에 오게되면 한달살기 해보고싶어요.

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Excelente lugar, fácil acceso

L’appartement est charmant, lumineux et bien équipé. La chambre est agréable avec une bonne literie. L’accueil et la communication avec Alexandra ont été impeccables. Je recommande ++

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Le logement est très agréable et agencé avec soin, à 10 min environ du métro. Petite terrasse appréciable. Juste un léger bemol pour notre arrivée avec notre véhicule, où nous avons eu du mal pour rentrer dans le parking sous-terrain, très très juste en hauteur et largeur ... attention aux véhicules de type Vito 😉 Le 2e lit (1 place) étant un matelas gonflable, ça peut éventuellement être gênant pour de longs séjours... mais nous sommes restés 3 nuits et ça à été parfait pour notre fille sur cette courte durée. Nous recommandons et n'hésiterons pas à revenir séjourner chez Laurent

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Die Wohnung von Roland ist ein Prachtstück, ein wahrer "hidden gem". Beste Lage: Wer Montmartre mag wird Rolands Wohnung lieben. Schon vor über 20 Jahren nutze Amelie Poulain dieselbe U-Bahn-Station, auch sie wusste, wo es sich lohnt, ein- und auszusteigen.

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Merci pour l’accueil, en ces fêtes de fin d’année, l’hôte a su se rendre disponible immédiatement afin de proposer un excellent accueil. Le logement est confortable, bien penser à le chauffer dès l’arrivée mais tout était bien et en excellent état. Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine !!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.
