Cosy quiet room in central Paris

I rent a room with double bed in a charming 12 m2 apartment in the 12th arrondissement. The room is very comfortable , overlooking a quiet street . It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and equipped with a flat- screen TV and Internet access . Bathroom with shower and bath and toilet are separated and shared . A continental breakfast is included and served in the dining room The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, in an unusual and very bourgeois central area . All kinds of shops are nearby, including a very good bakery. Dausmesnil the market ( place Félix Eboué ) takes place two times a week on Tuesday and Friday. You will be close to Bastille and its famous Opera (15 minutes by metro) , Bercy Village and the Palais Omnisport (20 minutes walk) . The Bois de Vincennes is about fifteen minutes , it is the ideal place for walking and jogging . Very well connected, metro lines 6 and 8 are nearby , stop Daumesnil . Stop the bus No. 46 is just down from my house and it allows direct access to the Gare du Nord , Gare de l'Est and the castle of Vincennes. At 500 meters , bus No. 29 joined the Saint Lazare train station through the Marais. You will discover a district of Paris airy , quiet, where you can breathe , with wide avenues , a middle-class population, but also very diverse, without the nuisance of too touristy , But at the same time a very central area where we went quickly to Louvre , Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower , Latin Quarter , Montmartre ..... Lives in Paris for several years and is now retired , I am happy to inform you about the beautiful places , monuments and restaurants to discover but also places more unusual and less known to tourists . Bed & breakfast Paris Gare de Lyon

The B & B is located in Paris' 12th arrondissement, between Gare de Lyon (300m) and the station Reuilly-Diderot. 10 minutes from the Bastille, the Marais. Just 15 minutes from Notre Dame are the Champs Elysees. 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The building is of recent construction. The apartment on the first floor with elevator, is occupied by the mother who is a teacher and two high school girls. Guests can avail of a double bedroom (de140 cm), an independent bathroom and toilets outside private bathroom. The varied breakfast, the French will be served in the lounge. Wi-Fi. Possibility to rent a parking space in the building.

Au 8ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble des années 30 avec ascenseur jusqu'au 7ème étage petit studio de charme baigné de lumière bénéficiant d'une terrasse de 14 m2 plein soleil avec une belle vue dégagée sur Tour Eiffel et Observatoire. Idéalement situé proche des transports 4 min et toutes les commodités (Boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie à 3 min de l'appartement). Le quartier est très agréable et calme juste à coté du 5ème et la rue Mouffetard et à 10 min pied de Denfert Rochereau
