Vacation rentals with lake access in Żywiec

The photos definitely don't reflect the many perks of this house. We loved the fact that there was a big couch and armchairs in the living room, so we could spend time with a beautiful view of the mountains. There's a big TV, and there's a big screen projector downstairs, so we could connect our own console. From the cottage there is a direct exit to the field, from where you can walk a dog with beautiful views for a long time. The house is very spacious and despite 10 guests, everyone found a place for themselves and was able to get away from the rest. Czorsztyn Ski is also very close, which we used during our stay. Since we arrived on New Year's Eve, it was an important amenity for us that the neighborhood was quiet, so our upset dogs didn't have to worry about the banging fireworks all the time. Great contact with the host - easy accommodation and help with small questions during your stay.

We were delighted! We drove 10 people in a group for New Year's Eve and the cottage turned out to be a 10th shot! Very spacious, nice and above all well-maintained house! Supplied with everything you need. Great contact with Jadwiga. She responded very quickly to our every question and was always on call in case anything happens! Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Beautiful views and a good restaurant literally across the street. We hope to go to the same place again this summer. Highly RECOMMEND!

The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. It is a really very nice and quiet location. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

Very nice cottage. Clean and cozy interiors, fully equipped kitchens and comfortable rooms. In addition, a beautiful view from the terrace and the possibility of using amenities such as a grill or a fire pit. Highly recommend this place ☺️

The place looks pretty neat, clean and it's exactly like in the photos. The surrounding area is gorgeous and great to spend time outside, very close to the lake with an amazing view. We enjoyed the sauna and the outside jacuzzi to the tops. The host was always responsive and very friendly. We had a great time and I'm happy she was also so positive about having my dog there with me. I believe this place is perfect for a trip next to zakopane.

Staying in this apartment is a pleasure, everything you need is equipped. The apartment is top-notch, beautiful neighborhood, very good communication with the owner. A great place to recommend, and we'll be back. I recommend it with all my heart.

Peace, well-equipped home, kitchens, rooms. Some of the comforts we haven't met anywhere so far. Practical decor and furnishings. Backyard, Recreation, BBQ, Gazebo. In the rooms kitchens, annexes, for each room. Ewenement.

A great location. The proximity of Lake Czorsztyn and the Velo Czorsztyn bike path practically from the building you can get on a bike and go on the path. Quiet neighborhood, room overlooking the lake and mountains. It was great.

We were very satisfied, quiet location, all services close to available, clean apartment that he had, everything you need.

Staying with Oliwier was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is beautiful – spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Contact with the host was exemplary – Oliwier was very helpful, and all the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and detailed, which made the whole process much easier. I felt at home here and I can recommend this place to everyone with a clear conscience. I will definitely come back if I get the chance!

We (2 adults + 3 kids) had a wonderful time in Sonias Cottage. We were welcomed by her parents and everything was as described. The house is equipped with all essential things. Especially we loved the sitting area outside with a fire place and barbecue. The steps to the sleeping rooms are a bit challenging but our 3 yr old daughter managed them even by night. Sonias place is perfect for exploring the Orava Region - we totally recommend it! Thanks Sonia & parents!

We loved our week staying here. We first visited Bialka Tatrzanska last year and found the skiing perfect for our 3 young boys to learn. The chalet was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The log burner was perfect and the kids really enjoyed going in the hot tub. We'll be back again.

We recently stayed in this wonderful house and had an amazing experience! The apartment was in excellent and clean condition, and we absolutely loved the wooden ethnic-style house. The grill area was fantastic, perfect for some evening barbecues. There was a lovely bike path nearby, which allowed us to take leisurely walks while enjoying breathtaking views of the lake, mountains, and a castle all at once. The host was incredibly friendly and open, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were truly impressed and can't wait to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway! Thank you!

Really nice place, close to the slopes, ski bus in the area. Clean, and very nice hosts. The only small minus for a small amount of space for clothes. We could use more shelves / cabinets.

We spent a week in this cozy cottage, and the host was very hospitable and attentive. We really enjoyed the cozy terrace balcony, where we spent a lot of time. It was amazing to watch movies in the evening on the huge projector screen, just like in a cinema, but in our own private one. The sound quality was also excellent. We also used the fireplace, which added to the cozy atmosphere. On the downside, some things in the house need updating, as the photos in the listing were taken a long time ago.

We have been travelling Poland for a quite a bit and can only echo all positive reviews provided already. Helena and her family have welcomed us warmly at her beautiful and very cosy cottage so that we felt home right away. We were also spoiled with some unexpected amenities we loved to use. The location is perfect as a starting point for all sorts of activities, such as exploring the town, going for a mountain hike or biking among others of course. We truly enjoyed Helena's place and will gladly come back. Highly recommended (also for non-Polish speakers).

This was such a beautiful location. The cottage was spacious and well equipped with stunning views, and the pool, sauna and outdoor facilities were perfect. Kasha our hostess was super responsive, friendly and always went out of her way to help us (including sorting a doctors appointment for our daughter and meeting us at the clinic to help translate). Can’t thank her enough and highly recommend sunny cottages as a really lovely spot for a holiday - accessible for the mountains, river, lake and for Zakopane, but far enough away from the crowds to feel really peaceful and relaxing.
