Hier haben wir uns das Ziel gesetzt die typischen Merkmale eines Bauernhauses, wie die kleinen Sprossenfenster und Deckenbalken, bestmöglichst in das Gesamtbild zu integrieren. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk eines Familienhauses. Außenbereich mit Terrasse und großer Rasenfläche kann gerne mitgenutzt werden. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit können die umliegenden Städte wie z.B. Oldenburg bequem erreicht werden.

Die Küchenzeile hat einen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ein Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten wären möglich. Fernseher und WLAN kostenfrei. Terrasse in Südlage. Nichtraucherwohnung. Parkplatz direkt bei der Wohnung. Wäscheraum gegen kleine Gebühr nutzbar.

A colorful, non-smoking apartment renovated in 2021 with a separate entrance. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Da mehrere Linien dort abfahren gibt es ca alle 10 Minuten einen Bus der in die Stadt und zum ZOB fährt. Per Fuß sind es 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Das Restaurant "Sasso" z.B. ist 3 Minuten entfernt und das Restaurant "Da Luigi" z.B. liegt 8 Minuten entfernt.
