The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

As you know, the best comes last and finally we can look forward to this great new addition. Somewhat hidden, at the back of the farmhouse, is the apartment Kayhausen. Here we have set ourselves the goal of integrating the typical features of a farmhouse, such as the small mullioned windows and ceiling beams, into the overall picture in the best possible way. Katteker is Low German, means squirrel and here the name says it all, because these and many other wild animals can be best observed from the living room with a vintage sofa. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking and two bedrooms offer peace and quiet to relax. The apartment is located on an old farm in the landscape conservation area with good access to cycling and hiking trails.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

My place is close to the city center, train station is a 10-minute walk, restaurants and nightlife of Oldenburg are very close :-). You'll love my place because of the morning bird chirping and lots of green around, even though you's in the city. You'll also appreciate the roof terrace. Only nice people live on our street. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
