There is plenty of free parking in front of the house for cars or bicycles. By car, you can reach the main train station in 9 minutes. By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

It was a great time at the apartment. Even with a young child, the visit was great, everything you needed was there. The landlady (Julia) was super friendly. Everything needed was available in the apartment. The pizzeria around the corner was delicious. Clear recommendation. Only the pet hair we found in the kitchen and living room were a bit disruptive.

Maximilian’s apartment is very well located, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. Having a private parking space was extremely convenient. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped, and having some coffee, tea, and spices provided was a nice touch. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Will be happy to book again!

We had a very nice stay at Klaus Peter's place. The apartment was very comfortably furnished. There were all the amenities we needed for our stay and were indicated in the description, including an extra parking space. From the apartment you could go hiking directly in the beautiful Ilztal and surroundings and enjoy the regional gastronomy. Passau can be easily reached in a short time by bus, as well as by car or bike. On foot you can walk to Passau in approx. 50 minutes, partly along the Ilz, to Passau. Klaus Peter is a very friendly and accommodating host who responds very quickly and informatively to all inquiries. He also gave us a lot of good tips for things to do and places to stop around Passau and the Ilztal. Our highlights: With the Ilztalbahn from Freyung to Passau, guided tour of Passau, bike tour to Schärding, hiking in the Ilztal and to places overlooking Passau.

A week that went way too fast! We felt at home in this great apartment from the first moment. Great decor, great comfort, absolutely quiet and very spacious. As dog owners, we enjoyed being able to take long walks from the front door in beautiful nature and surroundings. The national park is also just a few minutes away. We will be happy to come back!

It is perfect! Nothing else to say. I was looking for a place in nature with enough free space and a place to grill and I did not expect to find such a treasure. This place is perfectly described. Incredible nature , huge forest, mountains, very beautiful park not far away from apartment. You can not miss while booking this apartment, either you going with your family or friends.
