Brand new studio is located in my parent's home, some 800m from sea, on a slightly steep road. It takes 7-10 minutes down to the beach and some 10-15 up to the apartment. Small shops on the road to the beach. Parking provided. WiFi, air conditioner. Welcome! Your obligation is to pay touristic tax in Touristic Organization office that costs 1 eur per person per 1 day.

Thanks for the clarification! Here is the final, revised version: ⸻ Staying in this place was a pure pleasure. The apartment was in perfect condition, everything looked new. Nice view from the balcony, the air conditioning worked quietly and effectively. Very good value for money. The area is quiet – trains pass nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. Great location – a few minutes' walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host, Petar, was very nice and friendly. He offered transport from the train station, which helped us a lot. I definitely recommend this place – if we come back to this town, we will definitely stay here again or rent this apartment again.
