Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. A spacious apartment with private entrance in the center of Enter, spread over the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to a kitchenette, a sitting/sleeping area, a sauna, a fireplace, and a private sitting area in the garden, surrounded by a number of fruit trees. Despite the fact that our apartment is in the middle of the center, you will experience an oasis of peace. In consultation, it is possible to have meals cooked for you or to have breakfast provided (€12.50 per person).

Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

This tree house is located in the back of the garden on the border of forest and countryside, surrounded by the Salland coulissen landscape. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a large veranda to sit and enjoy the sunset, upstairs is the bedroom. The highlight is the view from the veranda on the first floor between the trees. The area lends itself well to cycling and hiking in nature. Optional: wood-fired hot tub that is warm upon arrival. (60 euros)

Fully equipped, with 3 spacious bedrooms with lovely beds, kitchen with cooking island, cozy living room with TV / Wii, wood stove and very spacious garden. With BBQ, fire basket and cozy fireplace to light a fire. There is a pool, playground and tennis court in the park itself. Please note this park is a quiet park. No noise after 10pm!

The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.
