Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. Our lovely Cottage is located in the middle of the polder in a quiet park. The thatched cottage is located almost at the end of 1 of the access paths and is therefore really wonderfully quietly situated! The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy, but due to the open character you do not feel trapped. Go out during the day, hike, bike, visit Gouda, and at the end of the day have a drink on your own terrace by the water.

Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

In the middle of the nature reserve of the Eendragtspolder, you will find this stylish and centrally located location. Rotterdam, The Hague and Gouda can be reached within 20 minutes. Nearby are several cultural highlights, such as the Molenviergang on the Rottemeren. There are various recreational opportunities, such as hiking and biking in the adjacent nature reserve, boating on the Rotte and swimming in the Zevenhuizerplas. In short, a location where you can be active and unwind!

Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It's located in Nieuwerkerk aan den ijssel in a very quiet neighborhood and everything close to you. The highway A20 is 2 min and the house have an own carport. With train is it 15 min to Rdam central and 5 min to Rdam Alexandrium.From house to train station is a 9/10 min walk and shops Reigerhof is 7 min walk. We have 3 floors and can use the wash machine and dryer.The sunny garden is located on the southwest with a sunscreen.

Within 20 minutes of cycling, a cup of coffee on the Grote Markt of Gouda? In 20 minutes by train from Gouda to Rotterdam, The Hague or Utrecht and in 45 minutes to Amsterdam: Moordrecht=central! This small but nice home is suitable both as a vacation home and to stay for a slightly longer period (max 3 months).

Centrally located between the highways to Den Haag, Rotterdam and Utrecht. From our house you can take many cycling routes and there is a lot of nature in the area.
