I spent a week in the house, everything was as described. The conditions are simple, but there is everything you need: clean, fresh bedding, heater and warm blankets (which saved us in rainy April weather). Authentic Georgian cottage with a cozy courtyard and summer kitchen. Walking distance to nearby attractions — canyon, hot springs, river and fortress. There are small village shops nearby. You can reach the city by taxi or minibus. The house has a new bathroom and warm water. The hosts were in touch and helped with the transfer from Senaki.

I absolutely loved this Home! Alex and his Family are so very kind & welcoming. Eka & Eldar do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. It is a wonderful retreat from big city life. I stayed 3 months & enjoyed the peace of Farm life. Eka milks the cows & buffalos each morning and makes her own cheeses & yogurt. They have fresh eggs daily and they are delicious since their hens & roosters roam freely and are fed corn. All meals are cooked from scratch. Breads, soups, jams. All organic and flavorful.😁 It's a quiet community but you can catch a bus into the nearest town (Zugdidi) each hour. I bought myself a bicycle (2nd hand) and enjoyed riding around. I traveled with my cats and dog and we were all welcomed and treated as Family. I arrived in the winter and the weather was cold but it didn't snow. As I left, Spring was approaching. Flowers and trees blossoming & birds singing. I highly recommend this place. It recharges your Soul. Thank you Alex Eka & Eldar❤️❤️

We really enjoyed the stay at Duska’s place. It is a quiet and peaceful home with a garden. It have a nice patio into the garden which we enjoyed spending time in. Duska also owns a dog Myo who is very friendly and playful who kept entertaining us🙂 Duska and her family were very helpful and gave us extra heater, bc that one in the room didn’t work, and also did our laundry. Few cons, there was musty smell in the room which got better in a few days after we aired it out, and no oven.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The hosts are really kind, we did not speak the same language but could still find a way to understand other through kindness. Amazing homemade breakfast, we enjoyed it in the garden outside and it was perfect! Would recommend if you are in the area.

If you’re looking for something authentic and quiet, this is the place! Wonderful garden and surroundings. Very friendly host, super clean bathrooms and a cozy feeling. We really liked it! This is optional (not included with your stay) but the host offers dinner and breakfast. We had dinner and we can highly recommend it. We’re vegetarians, but that didn’t make a difference, still plenty of very good food!

We had such a wonderful stay with Ramazi and his wife. They are lovely people - so hospitable and kind, they really make you feel at home. They graciously made dinner for us both nights and we had such a wonderful time of both good food and conversation. The location is walking distance to everything and close to the bus stop! Highly highly recommend if you want a genuine experience of warm Georgian hospitality.

I’m leaving Nino’s house feeling full of love, peace, rest and food. The guest house where we lived is a spacious, clean and homey, surrounded by gardens, all you hear is animals and birds, all you smell is pure village air… The house has everything you need, like living on a villa. The kitchen is outside but we didn’t need it at all cause Nino stuffed us with terrific georgian food. There is either wild beach or cultured, 10 minutes drive from home. People are sweet and funny. Animals too. A peaceful, happy place. Would love to come again.

Thank you very much Evdoki for the warm welcome. This was our first time staying at the guest house and we really enjoyed our stay. We were met, everything was shown and told, fed and put to sleep) The place is very picturesque and quiet. The room is large and comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone!

We stayed at Mancho's place on the way from Kutaisi to Mestia (the drive to Mestia from the accommodation is around 3h). Mancho was very responsive and helped us with everything. There is a possibility to order dinner/breakfast - Mancho's mother prepared us a great dinner, especially the unique khachapuri. There are two rooms with double beds, and shared bathroom.

Thank you Lana for amazing hospitality, the kids enjoyed, the food you made was extremely delicious and authentic. Lana’s son, Giorgi , took us around and guided us around. We definitely recommend this place!

It was great experience. Awesome kind host , clean room, good location. I highly recommended.

Very nice house with a lot of place, I highly recommend this place. Perfect for some resting vacation and full équiped ! The best house we had in Georgia until now !

George and his family were extremely adorable! We felt like we were welcomed in the family! We got delicious meals all day. The area is very lonely and right by the sea! There are wild horses and small swamp turtles. George and his family are always worth a visit!!!
