It’s a wide, flourishing yard (also for camping or parking) you will go though until you get in our cozy cottage. It is in the middle of Mestia, surrounded with gigantic mountains and a river “Enguri” is just about 2 minutes to walk. There are 3 shops nearby and Mestia center is about 15 minutes to walk (3m. To drive) the cottage is isolated and quiet and it has everything to live also for longer stay. (We have special offers to the remote workers/everyone who are interested to stay long terms).

Charming family guest house in Sasashi village, 120 km north of Kutaisi. Built over 100 years ago by my great grandfather, this typical Svanetian house was abandoned for over 50 years before we decided to renovate and give a new life to it. The house is on two floors with a spacious living area, a vintage fireplace and fully functional kitchen on the ground level. Four renovated bedrooms on the second floor. Bathrooms on each floor. Double and single beds can accommodate up to 12 persons.

Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay! Located right in the heart of the city center, it’s so convenient for exploring everything nearby. The neighborhood was lovely and very welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. The host was great at communicating and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The dwelling was as described and exceeded my expectations as the space is wide and the size of the rooms is very large and the home decoration is very beautiful for the old character, but the owner of the house is very interested in it. You will not think that he is old, but old-fashioned. The host is very friendly, fun and tender. When we arrived, he gave us a lot of fruit and it was a very nice reception as he was receiving one of his family members. They loved the place even though our stay was 3 nights but dug in the garbage and days you won't forget with Mamoka Thank you, Mamoka, to make our days happier. I am very excited to get to know you. We'll come back for sure and this place will be our first choice.

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing experience! The territory is spacious, a good gazebo with light and a swing. The rooms are clean, everything is new and fresh. The hosts help with everything from opening the gate to roasting the meat. The house is new and bright. Came with a dog, everything went perfectly. We were satisfied!

We had a great stay at Svetlana's place! The house is very spacious, and our group of five fit comfortably. The communication with Svetlana was smooth and clear, and the check-in and check-out times were flexible and convenient. The house had everything we needed for a short stay, and there was also a parking spot, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a good option for an overnight stay, much better than a hotel. The apartment was good sized for two bedroom. There was a nice balcony off the back. The views from the apartment are beautiful with the mountains. The hosts are very nice and friendly. It was dog friendly. One thing to note is the staircase up to the apartment is a spiral staircase which can be difficult for people with limited mobility. We enjoyed our stay here in the beautiful city of Mestia.
