Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Cozy and nice vacation home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with a fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

NEW CHALET The 5-person chalet has a large living room with a living kitchen and a dining and sitting area. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 sleeping places (in the bedrooms there is no place for a camping bed for babies). There is central heating, a separate toilet and a bathroom. A garden shed and the possibility to rent bicycles and a beach house. The chalet is 300 meters from the beach. The chalet is new, luxuriously furnished and equipped with every comfort.

Feel welcome in this newly renovated studio of 31m2 with comfortable sofa, sheltered roof terrace and modern kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. The bedroom is bright and fresh, as are the toilet and the bathroom with rain shower. Our studio is brand new and equipped with every comfort. The studio has a loft-like character with a separate toilet and bathroom. You have a full kitchen including dishwasher and you can enjoy the private balcony facing south.

In a fantastic location in Zeeland (Joossesweg 181) you can enjoy this bright and comfortable 8-person holiday home: Duinlodge. This lovely house has a large enclosed garden and is within walking distance of the dunes between Zoutelande and Westkapelle. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Tourist tax is 2.42 euros pppn. Bed linen 12 euros and towels 10 euros can be ordered. Your dog is also welcome for a surcharge of 30 euros per stay (per dog).

Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
