Enter a comfortable, quiet and warm home while being in the heart of the city. The impression is to stay at home, with lots of light, a cozy courtyard, unlimited Wi-Fi, fresh drinks and comfort food included. - If you are two guests but want to use two separate beds I ask you to inform me in advance in order to obtain an additional change of linen. There is a surcharge for additional linen of €20. The comfortable and recently renovated apartment is located in a typical Milanese house from the early 1900s in a strategic area for those who want to live in the heart of the city: PORTA VENEZIA. The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a building known as a railing house (stone balconies overlooking an internal courtyard). The living room with open kitchen is practical and equipped with all appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a large table. The double bedroom gives access to the bathroom. All rooms have unlimited WiFi network coverage. The apartment is very cozy and warm that if you are traveling for business or pleasure it will be like feeling at home. Guests will have access to the entire accommodation and everything they need for a quick breakfast (coffee, various types of tea, brioches, biscuits) and many fresh drinks in the fridge and they will also have access to monopoly-type company games and the multilingual NETFILX channel. Maximum willingness to respond to guest messages. The accommodation is located in a residential area near the public gardens of Porta Venezia, the Museum of Natural Sciences and the Museum of Modern Art. The opportunities for meeting, eating well and shopping are exceptional: you are in the center of Milan. Well connected by public transport: bus 60 (direct connection to Central Station and Piazza San Babila). A few minutes walk from the Porta Venezia stop (red metro line 1 that cuts through the whole city passing through the Duomo, the Sforzesco castle, the San Siro stadium and finish the race at Rho Fiera) and the railway bypass (the fastest public transport to reach Rho Fiera via the S5 and S6 trains). Nearby you can also find the tram stop n.5 and n.33 connected to the central station. In the area there are multiple bicycle rental stations (BikeMi) and just 2 minutes from the house there are three covered parking for a fee (via Maiocchi, piazzale Lavater and via Stoppani).
