VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. La Rocciosa with pool. Breathe in the Sibillini.

A stone house clinging to its cliff face: hence the name La Rocciosa (The Rock). Overlooking a valley surrounded by the Sibillini Mountains, whose gentle curves offer a magnificent and unforgettable panorama, it is living its second life. My husband and I bought it in 2026 and are renovating it piece by piece. White, bright and in a way more Nordic. We hope you will take care of it as if it were your own home, because we will spend our retirement here.

Chalet Fiastra

Maison en Pierre is located in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. The property is 140 square meters (1,500 square feet) and is situated above Lake Fiastra. The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1500s and features an outdoor relaxation area in the garden with a hot tub and sauna, all of which are eco-friendly. Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is a surcharge of €15 per night for the firewood provided and €15 per night for each dog.
