Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

Tamara’s home was absolutely wonderful! She arranged everything perfectly and was very responsive from the moment we booked. When our flight changed and we had to shift our plans by a day, she was incredibly accommodating and handled it with great kindness. Everything listed in the description was exactly as promised, and her home was beautifully kept with thoughtful arrangements throughout. The location in Lisse was peaceful and in a lovely neighborhood, just a short distance from Keukenhof Gardens. We had a rental car and appreciated the free parking right next to the house, but we also noticed a bus stop conveniently nearby. Shops, supermarkets, and all necessary facilities were within walking distance, which made things really easy—especially with kids. The place was perfect for our family stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house in a great location. A couple of minutes walk to the lake, restaurant and beach area as well as the children's play area. Fred our host was great. communications was smooth, he responded to any queries we had. Access to the property was smooth. There are lots of activities locally for all age groups. There is also a variety of food stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive or cycle. Excellent cycle paths as well.

We spent 10 days in Ilona's vacation home and felt comfortable there from the start. Ilona and her husband Henk were very friendly, caring and helpful hosts. The amenities and location of the house were ideal for us. Due to the midsummer temperatures, we also benefited from the air conditioning in the living and sleeping area. The center of Zierikzee can be reached within minutes by foot for shopping or strolling. First and foremost, we wanted to explore Zeeland with bike tours. Due to the direct (free) parking at the house, it was easy to drive to more distant destinations by car and then start the bike tour there. We'd love to come back again.

The house is set amidst a lush green garden, with multicolored flowers and foliage framing the view. A large covered terrace can be seen in front, along with modern outdoor seating. The upper floor features large windows, allowing for natural light and views of the surroundings.

This is the second time we have stayed at Nicolien's. We find the house and location great as it easy to get to many places from there. There was an issue with the road leading in to the park (all resolved now) so Nicolien met us at the alternative carpark and helped us with our luggage. Nicolien is extremely responsive and is always happy to help with recommendations. She told us about the This is Holland attraction in Amsterdam which we then booked. It was the highlight of our children's trip (10,11&13), especially after visiting the very moving Anne Frank Museum. We used the P&R to get to Amsterdam (parking for the day and return on the Metro for less than €16 for 5 people!). We had another fantastic week and Nicolien really helped make it wonderful for all of us! Thank you Nicolien!

The entire house has three floors to experience the actual stay and life in the area, the neighborhood is peaceful, the neighbors are very friendly, and there are cats hanging out on the street, which are also very clean and loved. Take a slow walk to the nearest station, takes about ten minutes, if you have a big 29 "luggage, it will be a bit harder, it will be more convenient to drive, there are car spaces on the side of the road. The host is very nice, although out of the country, messages try to respond in a timely manner and it was a good stay!

This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, and the possibility to easily book another person helped us a lot. A highlight was the absolute tranquility and proximity to the water – minutes away, perfect for relaxing! Also the bikes in the shed were a great bonus for a little exploration. A small note for future guests: Unfortunately, there was no wood for the stove on site, and we needed a few attempts to get some. It is best to drive directly to the hardware store, which is about 15 minutes away. In addition, the stairs to the upper floor and bedrooms are quite steep and narrow, which may be good for dog owners who can't even take their dog on their arms. Overall, we can only recommend the house – it has everything you need for a relaxing break!

We had a fantastic holiday! The apartment was very nice, clean and cozy. The location is simply great – in a few minutes you are both in the pedestrian zone and on the beach. Many good restaurants is also in walking distance. A real highlight was the host Helena: She was always quickly accessible, super friendly and incredibly helpful. The accommodation is very well equipped and very nice from the presentation. Small balcony with block on the water, large bright living room and well equipped kitchen. Walking in 5-10 minutes you are at the metro station and in 10 minutes in downtown. By car it is a bit strange to find but otherwise everything was very good. The value for money is extremely good and if we go to Rotterdam again I will look for this accommodation again.

They were very welcoming hosts and had a lot of great information for things do do nearby! Very cute decor as well. It was a great launching point for biking along the coast and to many flower fields as well as the Keukenhof gardens. If you don’t have a bike there’s a place five minutes walking that rents them for the day van-dam. There’s a park n ride at Hillegom train station ~10minute drive from the Airbnb that is very easy to catch an intercity then sprinter train to Amsterdam central station.

We spontaneously booked the accommodation for four nights as a family with two children (14 and 16 years) and immediately had a very nice contact with the hosts. The cottage is accessible by a boat, with which we made great excursions in beautiful nature to the lake. It was a wonderful living close to nature with great relaxation and lots of fun also for the kids. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place and a great host. The house is a lovely vintage thatched roof house with waterfront on both the back and front of the house. There are kayaks and a paddle boat for fun which we used. The area is quiet with quaint villages nearby and a grocery store less than a mile away. We had a very good experience and I recommend it highly to anyone wanting be close to Amsterdam but sleep in the peace of the country.

Great host, Nice contact person, many materials available, shampoo, and coffee pads and beach toys. Great for kids, except you have to be careful on the stairs. We felt very comfortable. The setting was beautiful with views across the fields, great cycling/walking on the doorstep, and everything had been thought of inside to make a really comfortable and easy stay. Carina’s beach home was lovely. It was right next to the grocery store and less than 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants. It is also right at the start of the tulip parade which we came for (super convenient with our small children!). It is near several tulip farms as well. It was super convenient. The outdoor space was private, the apartment was clean, and it had plenty of room. The beds were soft and the location was surprisingly quiet. We all were able to sleep in! Carina was super kind and allowed us to check in a little early. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend
