Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Zoagli

We 8 (2 families with 2 small children each) had a fantastic time in this wonderful house with a dream view of the sea!! The area is breathtaking, you can easily explore the Cinque Terre by train from Framura station. The hiking trails are well described and fantastic! The beds in the room are fresh and very comfortable, the bathroom is good and the wardrobes also offer enough storage space. The small village of Framura is sugar-sweet and offers one of the best pizzerias, a pharmacy and two small shops to buy the essentials. In short: we will be back, it was heavenly! :-) Caterina was always available for questions, very nice, uncomplicated exchange, thank you very much!

It was a fantastic place on our way through to enjoy this beautiful place in a nostalgic village with stunning views. Alessandro is a perfect host and it was fantastic to eat at his Ostaria. The cheesecake is too tasty😋. Our dogs also felt very welcome. It's great to have found this place.

We felt very comfortable in the small house in the mountains. It has everything you need - above all, it is beautifully located. You have a great view of the mountains and absolute tranquility. Check-in with Loredana was very nice and straightforward - we will be happy to come back any time.

We thank Rita for her availability, her welcome and her kindness. We had a pleasant time in this beautiful area and were able to take advantage of Rita's many tips for restaurant addresses, how to get around as easily as possible, etc. The house with its garden were just perfect and the place was very peaceful. We had a really wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this place. A big thank you again to Rita and if we have a new stay in Liguria, we'll be sure to go back to her home. Francesca was a welcoming and responsive host. The house is majestic and the setting exceptional, time seems to stand still. The bedding is excellent and we found a very clean house. You will need a car to get around, the nearest beach is Levanto, which is a 30-minute drive away. Pisa and Genoa are 1 hour away, the Cinque Terre 30 minutes by Levanto (then take the train). We also swam in the river next door (5 min drive).

We felt right at home, Patricia was a delightful and generous host! The fact that we had a fantastic time despite the rain is good evidence for the greatness of the house: spacious, well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful design. Gracie Patricia, we hope to come again soon 🌺

Ideal accommodation for those who want tranquility, an area full of greenery in a very small village. I had the impression of being at peace in a mountain cabin. It must have been the effect of finding the stove on and the sight of the fire took me back to my youth. I only stayed two days for work, but if I could have, I would have gladly stayed a few more days. Absolutely recommended, ideal for two people. The only flaw is that there is no coffee machine and maybe some pods available for guests.

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and was always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location to explore the city. Elisabetta’s warmth and hospitality truly made our stay special. Fantastic 3 nights! Arrived late our first night and had a little trouble in the dark even though Sarah. sent helpful vidoes on how to find it. In our defense we had been up 24 hours but Sarah responded immediately and guided us in. The terrace and nighttime views were a perfect place to sit and catch our breathe! The home was better than expected and THE VIEWS! Easily took the train into Genoa for the day but we couldn't wait to get back to that terrace! Fiore helped us with a reservation for dinner in Pieve and what a meal! All in all they communicated as we traveled there even suggesting where we could stop and eat on the way from airport. Their responsiveness and helpfulness was unmatched!! Would love to return with my adult kids!!

We had an unforgettable week with the family. The apartment is in a great location and the views are simply breathtaking. Every morning, we had the chance to enjoy an exceptional panorama from the two balconies. The place is really peaceful, ideal for forgetting the daily stress of work. The apartment is well furnished and perfectly clean. The hosts were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for relaxing moments away from the noise and pollution of the city. Very nice apartment that is fully renovated. Very beautiful surroundings and a sweet host. You can park a car at the Chiavari train station at a nice price and see the whole area easily.

an extremely cosy and restful place with a truly helpful host. the way up the hill has its specific instructions which is not difficult at all, especially with a bus stop right in front of the place. Monia is helpful, responsive, and gives great recommendations. the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for me especially having to wake up early the morning to work.

We had a wonderful stay at Irma’s apartment. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions right away. The location of the apartment is very convenient and the train station is only a few minutes walk. Very clean and spacious. Free parking is available about a 7 minutes walk from the apartment. I would note there are stairs up to the apartment, if mobility is an issue. We had a great time and I highly recommend Irma’s apartment.

The house is fabulous the views over the valley are exceptional the only negative is the drive up to the villa and indeed the villa driveway was very challenging

This home was exactly what I was looking for to make great memories with family. Here, three generations could have plenty of space in incredibly beautiful setting. Very tasteful and inspiringly decorated. Everyone had separate bathrooms, all decorated in personal and beautiful way. large kitchen where we could cook together and eat either on the terrace or indoors in the evening. The view from the terrace and all the bedrooms were incredible. Mans saw the sea the city and mountains on the other side of the bay. I recommend having a car as it is a good distance from the city and also high up in the mountains. WE are grateful that we could rent this beautiful house with a lot of history.

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

Enjoyed our stay in Elisabetta’s beautiful villa. It was a great experience to stay there.

we had a great stay in the wonderful house of Alberto and Graziela. we were very lucky with the sunny days,at this time of the year,so we still could enjoy the different (sun) terraces. our 2 border collies loved the garden and the walks we've made. The house is very authentic and comfortable . It has all we like: good shower, good bed, beautiful views, heating and even a fire place. The kitchen was well equipped, since in this time of season not all the restaurants are open anymore. The hamlet is only 12 minutes away from Levanto, but after driving the windy roads several times, you get easily used to it. If you like staying away from 'the crowds' in a beautiful quiet area, this is the place for you. Communication with Alberto and Graziella was very easy, they responded quickly to all the questions. very glad we've stayed here to discover the 5tierra area.

Stefano is by far, one of the best hosts! He was engaging, warm, kind, and informative. He greeted us upon arrival, describing all the things to see in the area and made us feel welcomed & at home immediately. He gave us excellent dinner recommendations. Ristorante Nonna Nina was amazing! With only two full days in town, our options were limited. However, Stefano fully explained the ferry schedules along the coast and told us not to miss seeing Camogli! He was right! It was spectacular! Portofino was beautiful too, of course. On our second morning Stefano even brought us some locally made focaccia bread, which is one of the specialties of the region. The onion flavored was a big hit. There were six of us traveling and we all wished we had more time to stay here. The view of Camogli from the back yard is unbelievable. We also wished we had the opportunity to see the sunset, which would have been amazing for sure! You won't be disappointed staying at Rustico VIP! Stefano is awesome!

Gio’s home was perfect. It was far enough away from the heart of camogli that we felt like the only people in the area but close enough we were able to walk into town within the hour. His recommendations were spot on, his communication before during and after was also second to none. (We went the wrong way on route to the home, he video called us and talked us through the last part of the drive) The home itself is dreamy. Every corner feels like a photograph. We spent time in most parts of the home, feeling very “at home” throughout. I will definitely be returning. Haven’t felt this relaxed leaving somewhere in a long time

Our stay at Cai de gruppi was absolutely great. Ivo, our host, is a fantastic person. The house, which is a typical old Italian house, matches the images exactly. We traveled with 3 children and felt right at home. Beautiful evenings by a lovely fireplace. ☺️ The area offers a large number of activities, all reachable in less than an hour's drive. (Genoa, Portofino, Chiavari, 5 Terre) I can only recommend a stay at Ivo's. Thank you for everything
