Studio sized cottage in historic W Hendersonville with a firefly theme, one block to the Ecusta Trail. Separate but next to my house (no shared walls). Consists of a large bedroom & a bathroom with a tub/shower. Inside the bedroom is a "kitchenette" area with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven & keurig. There's also a love seat to relax and watch tv. The queen bed has a comfy medium firm mattress and nice cotton linens. Lovely private backyard w/ grill. See more info in photo captions.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. I'm a small cabin located in a wonderful setting with other houses on gravel roads. My owners put their hearts and souls into my creation. I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. Located 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a delightful small WNC town. I'm up the hill from a small private lake *as of summer '25 - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs* NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING - strict policy.

This is a great home base for adventures in both Henderson and Transylvania counties. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A stay at our cabin is a great opportunity to enjoy rural life in Western NC. Pretty Place Chapel is about 35-40 minutes away.
