The location is very quiet right on the harbor. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each are available; in one bedroom the sleeping places are accommodated in the alcove. 2 car parking spaces belong to the DHH. Pets are allowed. Operating costs will be billed according to consumption. Tourist tax will be charged. 150€ deposit upon arrival.

Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

This beautiful home in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is just off the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen's Baltic Sea beach and welcomes the first holiday guests from July 15. The architect house offers you a breathtaking view of the sea not only from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.
