What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

This was a perfect house and location for our family get-together. The house was beautiful furnished and felt cozy and warm. The patios provided a perfect space to eat and relax. It had everything we needed and Andrea was super responsive. We also got to buy some of her locally made honey.

Communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

Everything was really as described online in the place. All rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, foosball and darts make even the longest stay super pleasant and varied. The sauna and pool can be used completely unrestricted was a huge plus for our group. The outdoor area is equipped with enough furniture and there is enough space to arrange it as you want. A little thing that needs a little extra effort is the seclusion to shopping. There is no supermarket within walking distance. But that was also known from the start and also nothing Jürgen can do. Conclusion: Any time again! Was definitely worth its price (6.).

Beautiful house with lots of nature. We spent New Year's Eve here with our family and were very satisfied. Very cozy and lots of space. The beds were very comfortable and it was very very clean. Thank you, dear Hanka!

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

I loved the place and exactly what was promised was fulfilled. I needed a break from the noisy everyday life and had therefore explicitly searched for quiet accommodations and landed an absolute hit with this house. Everything was quiet and clean and I had a fantastic time!

Beautifully decorated accommodation with everything you could need...even welcome drinks, fruits from your own garden and rudimentary ingredients for cooking were available. The hostess is very friendly and was also able to give us many helpful tips for the stay. We would definitely come back!

The cottage is very quietly located on the outskirts of a village and ideal starting point for hiking in the surrounding area. You can hike directly into the mountains from the house. By car, many other interesting destinations in South Thuringia and North Franconia are also quickly accessible. Supermarket and butcher is in the village, discount stores and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a games room with lots of toys for the kids. The communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet any requests. We enjoyed it here. If we are in the area once again we will book the place again.

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

We spent a week in the cozy apartment of Jessica and Alexander. We enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean, the communication went great from the start. The location was perfect for us, we were able to reach many destinations in a short time. Whether hiking or culture, everyone will find something. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything is as described – and even better. The house is perfectly located if you want to visit the main sights of Upper Franconia in the triangle of Bamberg-Coburg-Bayreuth. Thanks to the very warm welcome and the cozy-warm atmosphere in and around the house, we immediately felt at home. The house itself offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay – from kitchen amenities to games for children. In addition, the place is extremely clean and the amenities are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the Lieb apartment!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

We felt very comfortable in Justu's house on the lake and found it perfectly equipped for us as a family with small children. The children loved the small playground and toys and we big ones were able to enjoy the lake view while swinging;) through the large terrace with various seating you can be outside all the time in good weather and the lake is also just a few steps away. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. Justus was very friendly and responded quickly and accommodatingly with small problems. We hope to come back soon!

For our annual family reunion with six adults and one child, Lucia's vacation home was perfect. Everything we needed was there and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in the surrounding area. Kulmbach is not far, and Bayreuth is also easily accessible. A special highlight for us was the visit to Lucia's nearby farm with adorable newborn calves.

Wonderful stay in wonderful surroundings! We had a fantastic vacation in this cozy cottage in Hohenberg an der Eger. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy peace and nature – surrounded by picturesque hiking and biking trails. The house itself is lovingly decorated, very clean and well equipped. We especially liked the spacious terrace and the garden. The hostess was super friendly and was always available for questions. The excursion options in the area are also great: We visited the nearby Hohenberg Castle and the porcelain town of Selb – both definitely recommended! We will definitely be happy to come back and can recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful area.

The hostess was super nice and often sought personal contact, which we really liked. She was practically always available to us for questions or similar. The house is exceptionally well equipped for a vacation home with everything the family needs. The location is very quiet and therefore we were able to relax well. Definitely recommended!

We were with friends at Uta and her husband's and were thrilled! Both are very friendly and helpful. The apartment offers enough space for four people, is comfortably furnished and has everything you need. Our highlight was the continuous fire stove!

We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 small children and had a very nice and relaxing stay. Everything we needed was there. Also crib and chair. There was enough space for everyone and the equipment was of a very high standard. Also it was very clean and the garden is totally beautiful. We will be happy to come back. 😊
