Charles is an excellent host, so warm, friendly, responsive, welcoming and hospitable. The place is convenient in the extreme, surrounded by delicious food, sights and amenities, including super easy transit access. The furnishings are comfortable, especially the bed which felt just like my own bed at home! I especially loved the laundry set up. Highly recommend!

4-story apartment with private bathrooms, TV, sofa, kettle, freezer on each floor, great for a few families traveling together or a big family trip. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, slippers, towels, and everything is available. The bathroom is still my favorite washlet. The location is better than expected, 1 or 2 minutes to get to the place in Shi-men Ting that sells bitter melon juice and Yong-he soy milk, and the car can also be parked outside the door, and it is very convenient to carry your luggage. The house has an industrial design, clean and comfortable without being too dirty, and there is not too much pressure to live in. There's a washing machine, dryer, super convenient. The owner helped me receive the package twice before I arrived, thank you very much!! The only thing missing is that the TV doesn't have any channels, so you can't watch local TV.

This listing is located in a peaceful location yet close to the subways and main street. The listing was easy to locate in a relatively peaceful location. We loved how the listing was well equipped with a lot of amenities and provided travelling quests with essential items such as the Electric Airpot(Hot water dispenser), additional pillows, blankets etc. All these were extremely helpful in the cold weather. The feel and decor is cozy and allow us to feel relaxed when we are back. Host was exceptionally friendly and good to communicate with. Requests for items such as Tissue boxes were addressed promptly the next morning. Host also dropped by to pass on snacks and drinks for the New Year Eve which added to the great hospitality that we received. Great house, Great location and Great host :)

Can access easily once hopped off the airport MRT, with only a 5 minutes walk. The place was clean, spacious for the two of us. Love the body wash and shampoo, they smelled great. The only problem I could say is that the pillow is a bit too hard, do note that if you got specific preference. Overall a very nice place to stay at!

unit have natural sunlight brighten up the common room windows/balcony that can open for ventilation (can smoke at balcony if you need just be quiet) shower pressure is high and heater works just fine. great time to shower after a long day out no roach which is green flag! but we also must be responsible to clean it trash before outing we were out when owner texted us about neighbour below our unit have air conditioning issue and need to fix on the same day. Lucky owner understanding and able to provide alternative and we don't mind.

Absolutely I'd give this place five stars! Everything is perfect! The room is bigger than I expected and pretty clean, love the soft comfortable bed. The view is amazing and there is a beautiful park across from the Airbnb. We went for a walk almost every day! The convenience store is only 2 minutes walk away which is very nice! Wonda is overly considerate. We really appreciate your kindness, Wanda! We will definitely come back!

The place is close to the downtown area and a big road, but it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep comfortably. I enjoyed my last day in Taiwan to my heart's content. The staff and owner's explanations were easy to understand and kind, and it was my first time staying there, but I felt at ease. Thank you so much!

Ola's apartment was a great home base for our trip to Taiwan, being walking distance to three different MRT lines and also good neighborhoods like Dongmen and Yongkang street. While the place itself is maybe a little on the small side, everything was intelligently and neatly set up so our group of 3 felt no inconvenience.

Location is the best as it is just above the main station, the HSR, the Metro, the bus station and the Airport MRT are all within walking distance. The unit is fully furnished with plenty of utensils, toiletries and cooking wares. During our stay, the washing machine and microwave oven were very handy. I would definitely stay here again without doubts.

My partner and I spent an awesome two weeks here as our home base for exploring Taipei. We were looking for a larger place with good amenities, nice views, close to attractions and public transport. We found all of that here! Here are some highlights: - Soft, comfortable bed, which are hard to come by in Taiwan - Several guidebooks, plus super-responsive hosts who hooked us up with their favorite vegetarian restaurants and more - Good laundry machine, plenty of space to dry clothes on the balcony, & a fan in the bathroom to dry items quicker - Complementary coffee, tea, and local snacks - Nice, powerful shower with plenty of hot water - Airy with big windows and cool views - Flexible check-in; they even dispatched a friend to help us carry our luggage! - Two blocks from a grocery store As NYers, we're no strangers to walk-ups, but note that the unit is on the 4th floor (5th in US terms), which could be a climb for some. Good exercise given Taipei's amazing eats :) Highly recommend!

An excellent apartment with easy access to the MRT, within a stones throw of dozens of great places to eat, and quite comfortable. Be aware that if you're tall (~2m) you might find the ceilings a bit low.

We had a great stay (3 weeks). Sydney was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive from beginning to end. The place was clean. The location of this unit is perfect for visitors to Taipei - it is located about an 8- 10-min walk from 2 MRT stops (and lots of bus stops), so you can get to most parts of the city w/in 30 minutes. A night market is only a 10 min walk away. The building is located right on a main street so it was very easy to find and lots of restaurants and shops close by, but the unit itself is set back from the main street so it is surprisingly quiet. The main caveat about this unit is that the bathtub is quite small and Asian-style with a ledge in it to sit while you bathe. There is little space to stand. This was a bit of a challenge to adjust to, since we are used to taking standing showers. Also, we had trouble getting the dryer function on the laundry machine to work. Overall though we had a great stay and would definitely be open to staying here again.

It matches the picture and is very spacious. The bedding felt good and was clean. 11 people tied up for two days, and it was okay, and the toilet paper, towels, and other kitchen utensils were also well prepared.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood, great access to restaurants and the MRT. Very close to Da’an Park. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The place was clean and quaint, just nice for a party of 3. We were very thankful that the place was super clean and spotless, even better than some hotels. Cindy was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, and met us at the door when we first checked in. The place was a 8-10mins walk to Ximending, but there were still a lot to see along the way, with eateries & 7-11/FamilyMart at almost every corner.

Maggie was very responsive and friendly, and she explained everything clearly. The security guard at the ground floor was very friendly too. The place is spacious for two people and very clean, with a lovely enclosed balcony with a kitchenette. Location-wise it’s perfect too, with a lot of interesting shops around - we were never bored walking to/from the metro station.

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

Excellent location, directly across from Q Square mall. We actually prefer using Zhong-Shan MRT station (access via Zhong-Shan underground mall) over Taipei Main Station due to convenience and less elevators needed (for stroller). Spacious and feels like home (2 adults and 2 kids), with a spacious living room and dining area. Building is secure with concierge. Very convenient with multiple 7-11 and family marts steps away. Quiet floor. No bugs / flies / mosquitos / spiders / cockroaches at all thanks to very good door seal and window screen. Minor thing to live with is variable shower/faucet pressure and hot water reliability when other faucets are in use / toilets just flushed. Would stay again in future.

As this was my first trip, the accommodation was very important to me. This place was perfect, as if it relieved my worries. It was located in a downtown area, so I was able to access all the restaurants on foot. And the building security guard was very friendly. If you're traveling, I'd recommend this hotel.

My family and I had a good experience staying here! Kim was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The location is excellent, right across from the largest train station in Taipei. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Excellent accommodation in Ximen. A slightly quieter side of this busy neighborhood and everything looked as described in the listing. The washing machine was a huge plus. I can definitely recommend!
