Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Zhongzheng District

Excellent location. Secure building.

This is an older apartment building in the heart of Ximen (which we loved!), and the apartment has mostly been updated. The apartment has so many nice details, including lots of storage, and well equipped kitchen for light cooking. It’s a studio tiny apartment, but because the bedroom/living room area is raised up a stair from the kitchen/bathroom, it feels larger. The bathroom is quite large, and has a converted jacuzzi/shower area which requires a large step over the tub and barrier. Water collects along the edge, but Maggie has a foolproof way to drain that small sill surrounding the tub. Overall it was perfect for our 5 nights as we unpacked, and did laundry in the washer/dryer. We appreciated the dehumidifier in the main room which helped with the Taipei humidity. Definitely recommend!

We travelled Dec3-9 2024 and contacted way ahead for reservation. As a travelling extended family of 8, we are meticulous on the facilities and strategic location of the Home stay. We were delighted upon arrival that it matched our expectations or even exceeded. The place is strategically situated in a light commercial and residential area that offered peaceful rest during the night. It is a stone throw away from basic commodities as super markets/wet market, groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, parks, train station and bus stations which benefitted our senior travellers. The Home stay is perfect and cozy with complete basic amenities needed by long stay travellers. The host(KYLIE:)) was more than helpful in addressing our requests, adjustments and even worked beyond a host's function to make our stay comfortable and convenient. She was also lenient in our shortcomings and truly understandable and very active in addressing our concerns. We wont hesitate to stay again on our next visit.

Location is the best as it is just above the main station, the HSR, the Metro, the bus station and the Airport MRT are all within walking distance. The unit is fully furnished with plenty of utensils, toiletries and cooking wares. During our stay, the washing machine and microwave oven were very handy. I would definitely stay here again without doubts.

We really enjoyed the stay at Peter’s place! Peter was very communicative and so generous to offer to greet us at QSquare as we got off our HSR Train to help us to the room making it easy and giving some good tips on what was nearby and how to navigate. The description matched perfectly and we enjoyed that the amenities were exactly as we needed. I personally also felt the sound from nearby busy street traffic was not very loud at all and not a disruption for us—as I read some comments indicated so that may help to know! We would be happy to stay again our next visit

Moony gave helpful instructions to help us find her place when we asked! A great location, super convenient to get literally anywhere because of the MRT. Cute and clean, I would definitely come back.

Great location. Close to subway with great connections to other parts of the city. Lots of food options and noodles around.

The GOOD. The location is the greatest, 5 minutes walk to National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, 10 minutes to Dong Men market, 7 minutes walk to Shan Dao shi MRT (subway)station, many great restaurants were within walking distance. The GREAT. Klaire; the host, is a talented artist, has good taste for food and wine, she pointed me to many great restaurants, my two weeks stay was very pleasant. Twice Klaire cooked for me, and I was invited to have hotpot dinner with her company's gathering. The OK. Old water heater performance was inconsistent, but was OK, it runs out of hot water on and off in 2-3 minute cycles. Many thanks to Klaire. Hope to see you in US. George
