Our no-frills shepherd’s hut sits by the Drava River and a big wild meadow, just 4 km from Ptuj, Slovenia’s oldest town. Nature lovers (and friendly dogs) welcome! A nearby road offers easy access. Enjoy a BBQ lunch by the river, then relax as the sun sets, frogs sing, and stars light up the night sky. For the full countryside experience, earplugs are optional! Family's "Kljet" (rural house) is placed on a beautiful hill, at the end of the road, surrounded by forest. It will treat you with breathtaking views of mountain Ivanščica and the sound of silence. It's very private, cozy, clean and peaceful. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, you'll find hand sanitizer near the front door. We do our best to make our guests feel like home. Ideal place for couples all age, families with kids, weekend gatherings. And we are definitely pet friendly.

For these extras (jakuzzi, sauna, car charging) we charge a supplement of €10 per use, allowing to maintain high quality and cleanliness of services.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
