5 star – Absolutely recommended! Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the beginning. It was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival we had a very nice contact, and during our stay the accessibility was always given if we had any questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the accommodation. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. Thank you for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.

I stayed 3 nights and felt completely comfortable. The car can be parked just a few steps from the entrance door. The bed was comfortable, darkening was available and in the kitchen I could find everything I needed for small dishes from the whisk to pots. The location, especially with Kaufland and gas station at the front door, was perfect for me. I will definitely come back for a visit.

Quiet apartment located near the train station. Very spacious, which offered us 5 enough space. Generous offer of tea, coffee and a guest gift. Beautiful view over the city. It was 20 minutes' walk to the market, which did not bother us, so we immediately explored the city. We felt very comfortable, thank you Isabell!

For this beautiful accommodation, I can only give five points. First, there was the very personal welcome by Kerstin😀. We immediately felt at home. The accommodation left nothing to be desired. It was the little things that made everything perfect. The kitchen was equipped as you know it from home. At night it was particularly idyllic, as the outdoor lighting bathed the entire apartment in a beautiful light. And in the morning you were woken up by the birds chirping. What more could you ask for? 🤩

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished. It is bright and practical in terms of the layout. There is nothing missing in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds are high quality. Everything is very clean and in good condition. There are even various game collections in the closet. At the latest, the view of a large green courtyard and the spacious balcony promise a relaxing stay.

We stayed here for 2 days and felt very comfortable. Arrived by car, parking on the street no problem, by car you can quickly reach Bamberg, other worthwhile destinations or cities also not far. Apartment very well furnished, everything nice, new and modern. Very clean and maintained. Coffee, tea and even a bottle of wine were ready to welcome you. Clear recommendation, I'd love to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Patrick’s place! Apartment is equipped with everthing that can be needed during the stay. We were welcomed with small treats, fresh fruits and snack for kids. We loved the place and the owners and will definitely come back. Thank you for a great stay.

There's nothing wrong with it. The place is totally beautiful, super clean, nicely processed (no puff) and everything was really thought of. The decor and decor is stylish and not cluttered. It makes you feel right at home. A very clear recommendation. We'll be back!

Our short vacation here was totally successful.☺️ Great cozy accommodation, where everyone was thought of - even reusable makeup wipes were available! The kitchen, living room and bedroom furnishings were in top condition. You can tell how everything is furnished and maintained with love here. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The view was also beautiful in the rain🥹 And the communication with the hosts was great, quick answers and great tips! Can only recommend it 🙏🏽 thank you for the wonderful time 🫶🏼

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. So not so suitable for two couples. In the living room, there is also a single bed. Lovely quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything is perfect :) Next year again!

Quiet and relaxed. Survived the turn of the year with the dog. Beautiful area, local cottage and nice hosts. Conclusion: Highly recommended.

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

I had a few very relaxing days in the Grünhäuschen. The accommodation is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for switching off. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I'd love to come back!

Everything is available for the stay. Well-equipped kitchen. Refrigerator, freezer, oven, and stove. Handy the table between kitchen and living room. TV with Netflix, etc. Internet is fine for laptop work. Internet good throughout the apartment. Bedroom and bed are fine. Easy to park your car in front of the house. Stores nearby. What to do? Within 1 hour drive Weimar, Erfurt (Saturday market), Gotha and Arnstad, Saalfeld, Coburg. On the way back, stop and rest in the nature, forests, hills and fields. Thuringia has turned out to be a positive surprise, certainly worth repeating.

We were in the apartment with a toddler. Great apartment, great balcony with evening sun.

Jennifer was very responsive by message and very clear on the instructions for Check-in and Check-out. My business stay went smoothly. Clean apartment and tidy.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is super equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also thought it was great that Netflix was available on both smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema is a spa town and a spa tax is charged. However, this was not high and of course must be paid by every vacation rental owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

The apartment was fantastic. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. If drinks had been missing, you could have taken something in front of the apartment for a small fee. The idea was great. The apartment was very easy to find and everything was very clean and tidy, as shown in the pictures. We'll be happy to come back🙂.

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is still within walking distance. Buses and trains also depart from the immediate vicinity. Directly opposite is the Saturday market, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in a very relaxed way. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

Very nice place - nice contact. All as described. We took our motorcycle with us. From the property you can take many beautiful tours. And there are a lot of good bourgeois restaurants in the surrounding area. I'm sure we'll be back.
