Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Pat & Krysten were very responsive and helpful. The house is well maintained and cozy, place was just as described. Kayaking was very enjoyable, we enjoyed the nearby trail. Fishing was not the greatest, but likely due to the tides we experienced. All in all great stay and very enjoyable!

This place is truly special. The location is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to find, park, and get into. From the moment we arrived, Jason and Neil were the most gracious hosts. And the property is amazing! Every single thing has been carefully thought out and decorated for style and comfort both inside and out. So much so that we spent the last day on property just enjoying the peace and quiet. I almost don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to share this find, but the place (and hosts) are too amazing not to get all the love they deserve. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a great place to stay in the Port Richey area. The neighborhood was quiet, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's a quick drive to Tampa, Clearwater, and Tarpon Springs for local activities. The house was spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

Lovely and relaxing stay, the lake is beautiful and the house is a good size, if a little on the dated side. Location is great to just decompress, but also close enough to the beautiful beaches and nightlife of Tampa. Thanks, Richard!
